Description of Work: They were responsive, informative, and a bit more expensive. But they saved me time and effort by knowing and working properly with town requirements. The first work done to check stability of the septic and file with the town was great and neat. The work done to replace the risers left a big mess in the yard that could have been prevented by using a tarp to shovel the dirt onto.

+ -1 moreThe entire job took only about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future if needed. We were able to use a credit card which was great since we did not have any checks. We called on a Tuesday and they came that Thursday. Very good company.
Description of Work: We called to have our septic tank pumped. They gave a window of between 11:00 and 1:00. The guy arrived at 11:00. I was not sure exactly where the pipe was so the guy had to look for it. He came with a town diagram so it only took him a few minutes to locate the pipe. They quoted us a price of $190 for the basic pumping. After he got into the system he recommend a backwash since the house is not used off season. It was an extra $75.

+ -1 moreWe recently became responsible for a rental house on Cape Cod. We knew it had been at least 11 years since the tank was last pumped and had no idea where it was located. I called Capewide Enterprises and was told that the cost for a basic pump was $210.00. Sometimes if it has been a very long time, or heavy use, there is additional work needed and extra costs involved. The office told me that if the driver found such a situation he would speak to us about it. I was also told it could take up to an hour to locate the tank. Robert arrived promptly at 8:00AM. He introduced himself to both of us. He took a quick walk through the backyard and then into the basement of the house. Within five minutes, he had located the tank in the front of the house. From start to finish, the entire job took just over an hour. There were no extra costs involved. Robert did suggest a scheduled pump every three to four years. Capewide offers other services and if needed I would call them again. The company provided me with complete information when I called the office and Robert was very professional. This company was a pleasure to work with.
