Blinds Unlimited

My expereince as a customer with Blinds Unlimited ranks among the worst I have ever had with a business. I needed window treatments for my entire house and, while the company was quick to come and measure for blinds, the service from that point forward was horrendous. The company was most unhelpful when it came to selecting the appropriate blinds (color/opacity/style) for my home and I had to make several trips to their showroom (an hour from my home) before I was satisfied with my selection. Several times when I arrived at the store there was no one available who knew the particulars about certain products, nor could they locate the appropriate sample books. Consequently, my blinds were not installed until over a month after I had expected them to be. The installation was sloppy and unprofessional. One blind was hung so crookedly that it had to be rehung. Cord lenghts for a series of windows were not the same length, nor did the installer seem to notice this. A piece was missing from one of the blinds and when he left he said he would see that it was ordered. When I called several days later to voice my concerns about the insallation, the President of the company did come to see the work, but I was not satisfied with his response. He also left saying he would order the missing piece. Despite four or five phone calls to the office (none of which were returned), it took almost three months for the "missing piece" to arrive and it was not the correct one. I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend then to anyone.
