Perfect-from start to finish.

Chris was magnificent, I highly recommend him as he is both thorough and honest. If we need another home inspector in the future or even if we sell a home, I would not hesitate to call him again. He provided us with the finished report the same evening and helped me make informative decisions.

I was very worried buying this condo. I had not heard good things about the builder. Chris Feroli was wonderful .... he covered everything!! When I brought the builder in, he knew exactly what to do because it was all outlined in Chris' report. I bought the condo and I love it. There was some serious structural damage to the condo - other residents never knew about it, but Chris found it. I had it repaired and all is well. I very highly recommend Chris. My dad, who has been in the construction business for 50 years was quite impressed also .. he was here when the home inspection was done.

He was able to answer all of my questions (within the confines of what inspectors are allowed to, of course). I got a very thorough education of what to look at in a house before purchasing it. It was very eye opening. He was very professional and provides excellent customer experience. I highly recommend him and would use his services in the future.

I called Chris on a Monday afternoon and he fit me in that Wedneaday. When we arrived, which I thought was early, he had already been there to do an initial walk through of the outside of the house and the basement floor. Chris was very knowledgeable and made us feel very relaxed. Chris walked through all floors all rooms and the attic. This is our first house so we were a bit nervous during the process. Chris put us at ease and made sure all our questions were answered. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. Not sure what else we could have wanted. He sent a very thorough report that same evening. All in all a good experience.

Overall I give him a 99 out of 100. He showed up early, stayed a long while, and explained everything so I could understand it. He further explained the severity and importance of every issue he noted. The price was very reasonable and the value was outstanding. I would not hesitate to highly recommend A Quality Home Inspection and Christopher Feroli to any friend or family member for home inspection services as I know he will take good care of them just like he did for me. You want someone you can trust, look no further, this guy is a gem!

Christopher Feroli came out to inspect a house I had an offer on (and ended up with). He was very easy to get a hold off and schedule service with. He was there earlier than we had said, but when I got there he had already done a full walk around for an initial perspective on the property and he told and showed me what he had noticed. We then did a full tour of the property, inside and out, for a total of 2.5 hours. He explained everything as we got to it and took digital pictures, as well as what should be done to correct it. Nothing major came up, but many small things. Every question I asked he had a full knowledgeable answer in response. The base price for his services was $500, but I also paid for Radon testing, which he (and many others) recommended as well as water quality testing for my well. And he tested the well pump at the faucet, but I wish he recommended a well water flow test or similar to actually gauge the life of the pump. BECAUSE, 2 weeks after we moved in, it died. We had to have it replaced on a sunday morning. By the end of the day, he had a very detailed pdf version of the inspection report emailed to me. It included all the problems that surfaced, his recommendations, the digital pictures with captions, and descriptive sections on how systems work in general.
