Description of Work: Tree Fellers removed a tree that had broken and fallen over our fence into a neighbor's yard. My call was returned in 24 hour. I was surprised at the prompt service, especially considering a storm caused others to need tree service as well. They were professional, and the tree was removed cleanly 3 days after the initial call. They tried to do it the next day but had to reschedule due to bad weather. Highly recommended

 + -1 moreTree Fellers did an exceptional job for a very fair price. Mr. Gregoire arrived promptly to assess and schedule the work to be done. Just a few days later, 3 gentlemen arrived and cut down 2 large spruce trees and grinded a total of 6 stumps. They wasted no time getting to work and didn't stop until it was done. There was not one branch left behind and all stump areas were cleared and raked very cleanly. Mr. Gregoire is a very personable and professional gentleman. I will always call Tree Fellers when I need them in the future.
Description of Work: Cut down 2 large spruce trees, ground stumps and 4 additional stumps. Removed all cuttings and backfilled stump holes.

 + -1 moreSee above. I highly recommend Tree Fellers and would use them again and recommend to friends. Michael came back later in the day to be sure I was satisfied and also took the time to explain the process for removal of other trees in future ( another area of property)
Description of Work: Michael and his crew ( 2 other men) arrived as scheduled to cut down 8 large to small oak and pine trees plus hanging limbs ( original estimate was for $750.00) I then asked them to cut down 3 more trees and leave mulch in a pile for me to use later. The additional cost was $100.00. All the debris was cleared as discussed. The yard looked like they were never there it was that clean!!

 + -1 moreExceptional experience. An appointment for an estimate was made on first phone call. The gentleman providing the estimate was punctual, professional, and interested in understanding exactly what I wanted. I received a verbal estimate that day, followed up by an emailed estimate in writing the following day. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day. Everything went as expected with no issues or problems. They removed all debris and the yard was left in tidy condition. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Description of Work: Removal of 6 trees, stump grinding, trimming of 2 oak trees and removal of branches with all wood and debris removed from the yard with the exception of the stump grindings which where back-filled into the stump holes.

 + 0 moreThe other estimate I got was $1500. My husband thought we were going to have to spend $3000. I was overjoyed with them. I called and the owner came. He came exactly when he said he was coming. He gave me an estimate. He gave me a confirming email. He said they would do it in the morning. They came out like a week later. I had something going on that afternoon so it was important that it got done on time. They arrived at exactly 9 o'clock. There were two or three fellows who did a great job. They cleaned up and took everything away. They were prompt and friendly. They cleaned up really well. I love these guys. I've been telling all my friends and neighbors about them. I really think they were outstanding.

 + -1 moreTree Fellers came quickly to give an estimate, and sent an estimate by email on the same day. They were the cheapest of the quotes I obtained, but I chose them because of their professionalism; thoroughly explaining how the work needed to get done. They came on the day they said they would, and all of the wood and debris was removed by the next day.
Description of Work: Tree Fellers cut down 2 trees. A very large willow was taken down to the stump and removed in it's entirety. A large cherry was removed and cut into 16 inch sections for me to split for fire wood. All debris was neatly removed from the property.

 + -1 moreMichael provided an estimate about 1 month before the work started. He was very good at communicating the date for the work to start. On the day of the tree removals, 2 workers showed up with Michael as scheduled (very punctual) and the 2 men worked the entire day. The following day, the clean up and grinding of stumps was was completed. I would highly recommend Michael and Tree Fellers. They were top notch along the way. I especially appreciated Michael's overall knowledge as an arborist.

 + -1 moreThe crew showed up on time and worked efficiently in removing three medium to large oaks as well as two storm-downed trees (black locust and crabapple). Stumps were ground with a special machine. They also trimmed some branches on a maple to keep them off power lines and the roof. Besides the tree work, the crew also carted off some junk lumber from a trellis / grape arbor which came down in a thunderstorm last year. The premises were left clean upon completion.

 + -1 moregreat removed tree's also removed other trees that would dangerous for no extra charge leveled the saplings .. ground all the trunks where you didn't even know you had tree's there branch's up all branchs and soft trees and left chips to cover part of yard so saplings woudn't grow back

They worked non-stop only stopping 30 mins. for lunch and an occasional beverage break ... it was hot that day.They were extremely courteious and kept us informed about what they were about to do. It was one of the best contractor experiences we ever had. We would heartedly recommend Tree Fellers and we will have them back in the spring to clear another section of our property.
Description of Work: Removal of 5 trees and large shrubs. They also grounded all of the stumps and trimmed the remaining low tree limbs.

He responded to my calls very quickly and performed the work in a totally professional and competent way. I would not hesitate to use Tree Fellers again -- and would recommend them heartily to anyone looking for a high quality, reliable company for tree work.
Description of Work: I had purchased a house and wooded lot, where the trees and large bushes had grown up close to front porch -- and needed to be cut back. i also wanted to remove several dead and crowded trees in the wooded area away from the house. Tree Fellers came by promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate for the tree work, including stump grinding and removal of debris. We discussed the project, Michael helped me identify the trees that needed to be removed, and then they efficienctly performed the work exactly as agreed. With many trees now gone, it was apparent that some thinning out of the brush between some remaining trees would help the appearance of the yard. We negotiated the fee for that work, and Tree Fellers promptly performed the work -- again, exactly as agreed.

Advised me that the quote would be higher if climbing up the tree and taking it down in pieces was a requirement. Suggested taking it down in one piece using roping to guide the fall so as not to destroy other trees and an adjacent fence. I agreed. Scheduled the job and did the work including clean up within a week of my call.
Description of Work: Took down a tall tree which was a danger of falling onto an adjacent house, and then grinded the stump.

 + -1 moreI asked for an estimate and Michael responded immediately, provided a very reasonable estimate, and called promptly to schedule the work for 2 weeks hence...a crew of 2 young men arrived on-time with the chipper, listened to my requests, then immediately began work and didn't stop until everything was complete. Michael and one of his crew had to work high in the trees, but did so with great skill, took great care, and always displayed safe work habits. The whole job took about 3 hours. I'm very pleased with the entire experience, am enjoying the results of their hard work, and recommend them without reservation.

 + 0 moreI called for a estimate .. first thing I noticed was he was not only polite but being a qualified arborist I thought it was going to be a outrageous price I was sooo wrong not only competitive but talked about the different trees I had .. what should go what should stay I had to have many tree's taken down over 6 trees ..brush cut or crushed from sassafras trees taking over my yard and all stumps ground .. .. the Owner of the company and two workers with them .. they worked like a well oiled machine together .. worked hard had back yard cleared out stumps all ground and some ground and removed .. all before 3pm .. polite fast efficient I could not have asked for better service and politeness I would hire them again over and over .. AAAAA++++
Description of Work: over 6 trees and saplings taken down .. chipped .. 1/3 of my yard was taken over by sassafras saplings and I needed them crushed or cut down .. and chips from junk trees left behind to spread over sassafras to prohibit growth ... oak trees cut and left behind for future fire wood ... and to grind all stumps left behind
