Bel Islands was a pleasure to work with. Andrei came right away to take a look when we called because our roof was leaking. He sent a detailed estimate and after negotiating a little bit, we contracted with him to do the job. He was able to fit us in as the roof was leaking. Everything went smoothly, from the shingles being delivered, to the job being started and completed quickly. The crew cleaned up every day. Couldn’t be happier.

Andrei and his crew did a really excellent job replacing the roof on our house in East Sandwich. While the quote wasn't the lowest I got I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment and that played a significant factor in choosing Bel Island. I'm glad I did. Andrei was very professional and responsive and the work was completed in a very timely manner. This was a summer rental house and I was not around for the install but Andrei sent continual updates with photos. My wife and I are very happy with the work and the clean up.

I’m so glad we went with Bels Island Home Improvements! We were looking for experience and quality work to redo our large roof on our home and garage and that’s exactly what we got. The team did an awesome job. We had to get some new raking for the roof so we opted to do new raking everywhere, what a difference. Also, we needed more venting in our attic as it never circulated correctly so they added venting along the edges of the roof and makes such a difference and prolongs the roof. They were professional, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. I’m so glad for that since I am currently a stay at home mom with 3 kids. :) We were so pleased with their work, very reasonably priced and how beautiful our house looked that we wound up getting a quote for our siding as it so badly needed to be taken care of. I liked their price and selection of colors that we went with Bels Island to do our siding as well. The great thing about working with them is that they can also do other construction needs, they put in a new window for our home, we got a price on the front door but didn't wind up doing that, also we had structural damage in the back part of our house. The team was able to completely take care of it instead of calling another person to come out and fix it which was a huge deal. Our old window trim on our replacement windows was in bad shape and rotted here and there, so I asked them if there was a way to keep the new windows and replace just the trim and they made it happen. I asked to have the trim size thicker than standard since we weren't putting shutters next to them and our house is long. The window projected turned out amazing. All we have to do is paint. They made other suggestions that helped protect our home for many years to come! They were very flexible with any other things we wanted to add to our project. Getting our roof and siding done by Bels made our house so beautiful and “sealed up” that I love our home again and makes me want to stay here even longer. Very well - on time, quick, well done and responsive

Andrei delivered on all he promised and was on top of all the details. His crew was friendly and seemed to know their job, Their work needed to be coordinated with taking solar panels off and their timing messed perfectly with the removal and reinstallation of the panels. In other words, they were on time and completed the job when they said they would. The house is in a high wind area so special nailing was required which was done. Some trim was upgraded and Andrei handled this very easily.

The work crew was punctual,courteous,did a great job and cleaned up very well. We made a last minute change to the type of shingle we wanted on the day the work was to start and Andre accomodated us with no issues. It was a pleasure working with this company and their professional manner. It’s a refreshing change from some Cape companies we have dealt with for other types of work.

Andrei is great to deal with, responsive and reliable. His pricing is fair, and the quality of the work his team does is very good. They clean up the job site every day and keep you informed about the progress made. When there is a delay, he lets you know right away what to expect. I will hire Andrei again when we are ready to do more outside work to our house.

I hired Bel Island, Andrei Yarmolovich to replace my roof. His crew arrived on the scheduled day, they worked quickly and left my property clean. There were no additional (hidden) costs. I was so pleased with the roof I hired Andrei to replace my siding and gutters. Again, Andrei and his crew showed up as schedule, worked quickly and left my property raked and free of debris. My house looks great and will definitely call Andrei for any future work my house may need.

Our roof was damaged during one of the storms that occurred this winter. We asked several companies to come out and give an estimate-Bel Islands was definitely in the mid range as far as cost. But what sold us on Bel Islands was Andrei's quick responsiveness, communication, and seeming integrity. He and his crew completed the job in one day, and Andrei came back the next day to put on the finishing touches. The roof looks great and since it has rained, there have been no leaks. The crew was very clean and went over the property after they were done to pick up any stray nails. I would definitely use them again but hope never to have to, as the shingles are guaranteed for life!
