Bel Island Home Improvement were recommended to me by a friend, who had roof replacement work completed by BIHI on Cape Cod. They were responsive to our cost estimate request, accommodating with schedule, attentive to our project goals and needs, willing to offer design and construction advice, attentive to detail, punctual, efficient and tidy, and the owner and crew were pleasant to interact with. We have another project in the planning stage and are eager to re-hire Bel Island Home Improvement again.

Andrei is a pro. He responded quickly to my request, came in with an aggressively priced proposal, comparable in detail to other companies and delivered on it. He personally has both the MA Home Improvement License as well as the Construction Supervision License which are required for this work. He and his team carried out the necessary work quickly, professionally and on budget.

Bel Islands was prompt delivered professional services. The team was courteous and left our property clean everyday after their work day. I am very happy with the project and would use Andrei again for any home improvement need. The numerous reviews that I read were right on about their professionalism.

We have been involved in a number of house renovations over the years, but we never had such a satisfactory and trouble-free experience as the one with Bel Islands. Andrei had a very professional approach to the project from the first day. His estimates where very accurate and detailed, he started the project exactly when he said he would and he finished before schedule. During the work we provided us with invaluable suggestions and advice and he was very responsive to our needs. Very importantly, since we did not live in the house during the work, he would provide progress reports with photos in a routine basis. The overall workmanship was excellent, with attention to detail and a flair to do the job right and an eye to aesthetics. After getting a few quotes for a new roof, which we desperately needed - we chose Bel Island Home Improvement. From the minute Andrei came over to walk around and inspect the roof with my husband, we knew we wanted to go with Andrei's group. Not only was he prompt, and responsive - but it was clear that he was very knowledgeable and honest. Unlike some of the other roofers we got quotes from, Andrei told us what we needed from a structural standpoint and what we could afford to wait on - which was extremely appreciated considering how expensive projects like this can be. The price was also very reasonable, better than any other quote we received. From the time that we signed the paperwork, Andrei prioritized our project and got started within a weeks, due to the time sensitivity of the state of our roof. The roofers were all extremely friendly and professional - they all showed up early and stayed late to make sure that the project was done quickly. They were efficient and very respectful considering how loud a roofing project can be - no yelling back and forth to each other or playing loud music. They were just so great! We need much more work done on our house, and we will be hiring Bel Island for all future projects. They're the best!

This is the company that you want working for you! First, he did a rood inspection and performed minor but critical repairs to the flashing and roof. Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. The follwong day he came over and made a complete permenant repair in the three areas torn up by the raccoon. High quality, totally professional, VERY responsive and customer focused. This company is an affordable solution for high quality roof repairs! He is my "go to guy" for any future roofing needs.

It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!

Went great. Andrei stuck with the job. Permitting took longer than expected but he got it done. They encountered a ton of rot and other issues along the way. House was very old and worn. Every issue was addressed. House came out better than expected.
