Matt was very helpful, responsive and prompt in answering questions regarding my garage doors and installing new ones. Great service and reasonable price.

I called them on a Sunday and did not expect a return call till Monday .Matt called back within 5 min. and we set up an appointment for the next day to repair the door temporarily so I could use it till the new parts came in. On Thursday Jack returned with the parts and installed new springs , balanced the door and adjusted the opener. All done and gone in 30 min. A fair deal and great service. I would recommend Island Door to anyone.

It was such a positive, pleasant experience doing business with Matt Hamblin, owner of Island Door. He was so courteous and honest about my project, which was an emergency situation as my garage door had literally fallen apart suddenly so I had to replace it as soon as possible before items in the garage were exposed to the elements. He came to my house within an hour after my call, sized up the situation, ordered the new door and installed it only one week later (the same day the door was delivered to him). I plan to recommend him as often as I have a chance to.
