Description of Work: We had an extended conversation about doing a VA pest inspection, he was worried he wouldn't be paid by Bank. He said he would come Saturday if he could, otherwise would come on Wednesday, because I was working at home that day. He didn't show on Saturday or Wednesday. After 2 phone messages and a text, he said I didn't confirm and I was waiting for my husband to do something(?) Obviously had me mixed up with someone else, mistakes happen, I get it and he apologized. But it did inconvenience me.
