It was terrific from beginning to end. Very professional and business-like. Also, their price was very competitive.

They were on time, very professional, returned for call back, went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.Also received several estimates for job. Theirs was very competitive.

The price seemed reasonable, they were courteous, came on time, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, there was no mess, and they did a good job.  They put in the new dishwasher and disposed of the old one.  I didn't compare prices, but I thought it was fair, and I was happy. 

They fixed all of these problems.  They were excellent.  They were very clean and prompt.  When I made the appointment, they were there when they said they would be.  They told me what the cost would be and stuck the price. 

Excellent; couldn't have been any better.

Signed up for Angies list to find a plumber and an electrician and my results were great!!  My first review:

Sigma came out to attach a gas line to a new pool heater and to replace a water heater.  Since thestaff was fully booked, the owner himself (Dave) came on the initial visit to look at job and perform the gas hook up.  He is very professional, knowledgeable  and helpful.

I purchased a 30 gallon water heater @ Lowe's to replace a 50 gallon water heater for a 3/4 bathroom above the garage.  (At purchase time in 2007 our home inspector pointed out that 50 gallon heater for a minimally used bathroom was both unnecessary and a waste of $$ on the electric bill).  Finally got around to replacing it.  The shorter size left space in the closet - Dave suggested that they could buid a shelf and this would allow us to claim some storage space under the heater (always great to get extra storage.).

Sigma's background is doing large commerical projects and that comes through loud and clear in their professionalism.  The quality of the work was very high and they are organized, well-mannered and leave the job site in great, clean condition.  I had a few questions about other house topics and both Sigma staff I worked with were happy to give me answers and recommendations in detail. 

The custom shelf was really well thought out and solidly constructed.  The extra space in the closet is great!  The plumbing on the both the gas heater and water heater has a clean professional look.

Sigma's rates are on par with the market and the results were great so I received good value for the dollars spent.

Highly recommended - will defintely use them again when the need arises.

I had a very good experience with them.  We had a central air conditioner in our house that was 18 years old; so they basically updated our system to make it more efficient.  I think they were very nice and very professional.  They did a great job. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but so far it’s been good.  The owner of the company was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything worked out fine.  We only got two quotes and their price was better than the other company’s quote.  The only one that did not work was the ones that we currently used; we knew we weren’t going to continue with them as we weren’t happy with their service.  I would use Sigma Mechanical Services LLC in the future, but we haven’t had it long enough to know if any issues would come up.  

I hired this company to inspect my Heat pump in my condo,which was working fine, as I had done in past years, The inspection seemed thorough, filters were replaced, and coolant was checked. The cost; $145.00
The following week my air conditioner was not working and they responded immediately.
Although the previous call included a report that everything was in satisfactory condition I was advised the coolant had leaked out  since the last visit one week prior. He replaced the faulty valve and quickly said it was not his fault it happened. Another $200.00
The service person accessed the "faulty" valve during the inspection and found no problem. Given there was a valve and a cap to mitigate such leakage the coolant managed to dissipate. Had I not called as soon as i noticed the problem the system would have failed and the cost would be $6000.00 Since SIGMA took no responsibility for something that appeared obvious (either the inspection was poorly executed or there was contributory negligence during the inspection, I have lost confidence  in their service

I contacted Sigma on a weekday evening.  They had a repair technician out the following morning.  Arrived on time.  I had to leave for work but gave permission for him to stay and enter house as necessary.  Came back and air conditioner was operating normally.  Left note explaining the repair, bad part, and bill for parts and labor.

Our central a/c was not working when we called the office. The office manger took the info, explained the cost, and listened as my husband explained that he just had surgery and has asthma, making this situation somewhat of an emergency. Even though we were a referral from someone who had retired and not their longtime customer, the service man was out the same day. He called 30 minutes before he was to arrive and took care of the unit within the hour. Further, he explained what he did, how to maintain the system, and where to buy any necessary supplies. He suggested we schedule routine maintenance for a later time to prevent any outages.

The work went quickly and smoothly and I have no complaints.

Service person arrived (late due to earlier appointment). He inspected furnace system and when shown a contact point problem, adjusted the piece; re-checked the room affected, and verified correction.

The owner, Dave, came out with a worker that he was training and monitoring. They were dressed in the official uniform and they were both very delightful and polite. They fixed the sewage leak and some other little things at my request. As usual, it was a very pleasant experience. This is an unusually good company and they enjoy doing residential work. They are extremely professional, they take the time to listen and suggest things, and I don?t think they are too expensive at all. You can get a hold of a live person right away and they can get to you immediately if it is an emergency.

Everything was great. When you phone them a live person answers, and she even knows a thing or two. You're given a realistic time frame for the tech visit, and the work will be done professionally and well. They are very pleasant to deal with. The invoice is very detailed, and labor is broken out--good documentation. (I believe the owner was a lawyer!) It's even possible to contact the owner on his cell phone. Just try and find other firms that have such good communication policies!

They sent a nice young individual who was very good. He had a wonderful attitude and was willing to try all kinds of things. His diagnosis sounded correct and he took care of it all for me. The owner is also excellent, he spent forty minutes on the phone to explain to me the details of a job I was looking into. They give top notch service and I have been very pleased.
