Excellent is every way. Leo was quick to respond to my initial voice mail , and was able to come a few days later to install new smoke/CO2 detectors, and a bathroom ceiling fan. He was knowledgable, professional and explained the process of the installations while he was working He has a very friendly personality as well. I highly recommend him!

Leo was a personable, professional and knowledgeable man. He recommended that we combine the 2 boxes into 1 circuit panel and we agreed that it was best way to go. We selected a date and time and they showed up on time and completed the job in the time that he said the job would be done. The outside of the house where the amperage was brought in was done beautifully, as was well as the inside where the panel was installed. They cleaned up the areas they worked in and we could not have been more pleased! We were given a price and that price was honored. Leo is now our electrician! He and his company are the best! I would highly recommend them! Thank you, Leo!

Leo Rosales was a total professional. He touched base with me to schedule the job and discuss what we needed done. He arrived early, did exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. My husband said to me "I think we've found our electrician." We have had a lot of work done on our house and many times felt we were taken advantage of. (Like the electrician who did a small amount of work, went home for lunch, came back to finish and then told me we owed him $500 for the whole day, even though he did about an hour's work.) So it's great to have a local resource like Rosales Electric that we can trust. Very good experience from start to finish.

Leo Rosales did a number of jobs for us over the summer. He was very responsive to our requests and did excellent work. We have worked with numerous electricians over the past 14 years, and Rosales Electrical is by far the best and most reliable. Excellent work at a reasonable price. And to top it off, he is a very nice guy. You can trust him.

Leo did an excellent job updating some lights, plugs and switches at our house. He showed up on time and worked flat out while he was here. His price was very reasonable and he told me exactly what to buy for plugs and switches which was nice since he didn't have any mark up on the materials for the job.

Leo did an outstanding job replacing an electrical panel, circuit breakers, adding a box below the panel to plug in the internet router, and clamping wires into the box. The work was done quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Rosales electrical services are highly recommended.

Leo was great! He came out to see what needed to be done on a saturday so that he could discuss things with both my husband and myself. He also made good suggestions in terms of the best way to set up the wiring. He also made suggestions to the contractors about placement of outlets as well as the kitchen island. As always, unforeseen things came up with the kitchen renovation. Leo came out the next morning to make the needed adjustments so the contractors weren't held putting in the cabinets. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and always came when he said he was going to. I felt extremely comfortable with both Leo and his assistant. They cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend him to do any electrical job.

Leo is an outstanding electrician. We had used him previously to rewire our very old house. We needed a bulb replaced in the spotlight on the side of the house. It needed a bid ladder to get up there. He replaced both bulbs. He also replaced an outside fixture (lamp) on the side of our house. We were delayed coming home and he waited patiently for us to get home, which we truly appreciated. He also noticed broken glass on our outside post lamp, so we knew we needed to replace it. As always, Leo does first rate work. We will continue to hire him, and recommend him highly.

Fan and lights blew in our bathroom. We tried everything to restore power (or at least we thought we had) . I called Mr. Rosales who said he would be over shortly. Almost immediately, he arrived. Within one minute, he had diagnosed our dilemma. We had forgotten to reset the ground fault breaker in the wall receptacle! When we asked him what we owed for the service call, he said, "Nothing", and just smiled. We know who we'll call if we need future service.

Leo was great! I'm getting my house ready to sell and of course I had a bunch of smaller electrical issues that needed to be addressed. The two major ones were fixing the hard wired smoke detectors and replacing a 22 yr. old bathroom fan/light . He was able to get all the smoke detectors rewired and synced up again and working properly in a short amount of time. The bathroom fan was more challenging because the old fan is over 20yo and the housing is much smaller than all the new fans on the market. After working on it for a bit he was able to fit the new fan into the existing area! This was a huge relief since the alternative was cutting a new hole for a recessed light and a new hole for just a fan. Leo was professional, very nice, and most importantly his work was great. I will definitely be recommending him to my neighbors who complain that they can't even get call backs from electricians they have reached out to. Thanks Leo!

Leo did a great job for us and we would not hesitate to use him again. We did a kitchen remodel and this required several visits to get the electrical work done around the other construction. He had a different full day commitment and would stop at our house after this, and would be able to get a few hours of work done. This was enough for us to be able to move to the next step in the remodel. He provided guidance as to types of cabinet lighting and recessed lighting which has met our needs perfectly. He was always responsive, professional and considerate.

Great experience. I will hire Leo again and again. I had to change the appointment date and then the time as I was waiting for hardwood floors to dry. Leo was totally flexible and accommodated my time needs. Arrived on time. Job done quickly. Leo and Pat treated my refinished hardwoods with great care! (Thank you). Two days later I tried to plug in the dryer and could get the plug to go in only half way. I called Leo who tried to walk me through it ~ unsuccessfully. Rather than take a chance of me doing something to cause a problem, he came back to my house (within an hour of my call) and plugged the dryer in himself. The kind of customer service that doesn't exist much anymore.

They fit me in when nobody else could. They were very professional, clean and completed the job in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable considering the quotes I received from other companies. The new breaker is twice as large as an old them. I thought they were great and would call them again in a minute. I was very happy with the service.

My experience with him was good. He was nice and did a good job. I had no problems so it was a very good service. He was very friendly and did his job which was the most important thing for me. He did whatever he was supposed to. It wasn't a major job. I would recommend my friends to use them if they needed anything regarding electrical.

Leo agreed to come on very short notice to complete some electrical work related to our bathroom renovation. (Our contractor's electrician, who had begun the work, was out of the country.) Leo had installed recessed lighting in our living room a few summers ago, and we found him to be personable, easy to work with, and extremely competent and reliable. As a bonus, his prices were great. When I found out that the bathroom renovation was going to be potentially held up because of the electrician's lack of availability, I immediately called Leo to see if he could help. I called him on a Thursday, he coordinated with my contractor over the weekend, and he was at my place on Tuesday to do the work. He and a helper arrived at our condo first thing in the morning, to meet with my contractor. They worked together with my contractor to run the line from the board, which took most of the morning, due to the complexities noted above. Once the line was run, my contractor left, and Leo and his helper stayed to complete the rest of the work. He kept me updated during the whole process, patiently answered every question I had, and got everything finished and cleaned up by the end of the work day. The price included about 8 hours of labor for Leo and his helper, plus the materials Leo bought and picked up for us--the GFI outlets, several light switches/dimmers and plates, and some LED bulbs for the bathroom ceiling lights. I consider that a bargain. I highly recommend Leo. He's responsive, dependable, friendly, and does high quality work for a very fair price. We'll definitely be using him for any future electrical work we might need.
