+ -1 moreOur refrigerator stopped working while we were on vacation. I called at about 5pm and they said they could have someone here between 9am-12pm. Joe was very professional and fixed our condenser so everything is working again, while answering all of my questions. Very excited that it was a $195 and not a new refrigerator. GE Monogram refrigerator.

+ -1 morewe feel totally ripped off. I was able to reseal the lids/actuators at no cost, but even if they did need to be replaced, the parts are $79.95 on line and about an hour's labor tops. The estimate of $800-$1000 was ridiculous and either the repair person did not have the knowledge to make the diagnosis or it was just an attempt to tell my wife and our housekeeper who were there at the time something they would believe so the provider could charge $1000 or more!
Description of Work: came out and diagnosed flood fault with Fisher & Paykel Dish Drawers. Said he could not determine which drawer had fault so would have to replace both lids and actuators quoted $800-1000.

+ -1 moreThe service was terrible - after the initial visit we followed up multiple times and received the same excuse that he was working on the paperwork. After the last call some 4 weeks later after not receiving a response we were told that he was soo busy and would get to it when he gets to it. Don't use these guys amazed they're still in business.
Description of Work: We called for a diagnostic of all our appliances due to a power surge.

Description of Work: I am having a massive water leak in my refrigerator and contacted them in the early Morning. We scheduled an afternoon appt between 2:30-5:00. I left work early to come home. At 4:45 I received a call that they would not be coming today. Sure he apologized (talk is cheap) but to wait until the end of the day on a Friday is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. He could not schedule first thing the next morning and I had be at work by 10. I had called several other people but booked with the 1st person I spoke with. Of course noone else answered the phone at 5 on a Friday night so I had to turn off my fridge until I can get someone next week. Unreliable company despite their long business history.
