Description of Work: Hired Mr. Collins for tiling a kitchen back splash and master shower. The work was being done while we were moving into a new home and managing the project from 1000 miles away. Mr. Collins was a referral from a friend. Had reports from other contractors that he was a complainer and there where several arguments. Chalked it up to the stress of the schedule. However, when we moved in there were errors on the back splash. Tiles were uneven and a bad pattern. When it was pointed out, he was abrasive. The master bathroom tile are not even and the tile floor puddles and does not drain. One of the openings was too large for the plumbing fixture. When I tried to get him to come back he indicated that he was too busy and would get there when he could. I indicated that he needs to get in and fix it. He said if I did not like it "sue me", so I am. Unprofessional, sloppy and disrespectful to clients and other trades.
