The renovation of a classroom was on a tight timeframe. Aboud helped us stay on track even though he was quite a distance from the project. I had some safety concerns with an addition that was put on by the previous owners. though we had the home inspected when we purchased it 5 years ago. I started to notice what seemed like large cracks to me in various places, that had recently appeared. First thing that impressed me was Aboud had returned my call promptly. we were able to actually meet within a week, also very impressive. He has come and gone and I still haven't had calls returned!. Aboud could see I was very nervous about what I was seeing in our home. After taking his time with the inspection, he assured me it was all superficial . He could have easily fed into my concerns and encourage me to do A, B and C and I would have. Because though I didn't have an engineer look at it. I had a general contractor look at it. His exact words were" My conscious doesn't allow me to say something is unsafe when it is not, just for a bigger job. I don't mess around with safety issues" that is rare these days, most people are trying to sell you more. I am so relieved No one else called me back! He is honest, fair and generous with his time. In the future if I ever need an engineer I will only be calling AJA. and anyone reading this should also!
