We most recently had them complete an interior project for us which was completed quickly, with great attention to detail and no mess left behind. They also did an excellent job on our home’s exterior previously. We will definitely contact Thiago again for all future painting needs.

Thiago came out immediately and he was responsive with a quote to do interior painting. No surprises! He quoted the job, indicated a start date and was clear about the scope of the work. His team showed up on time on the date he stated. They were polite, professional, meticulous and thorough. They moved the furniture, put it all back and even vacuumed the space. Such a refreshing change!

They did an excellent job and were clean and efficient.

Thiago’s crew showed up on time every day and put in long days to meet the quick schedule I requested and actually finished the job a couple days early. They did very very thorough job on the prep and did a great job painting. All of my neighbors have commented on how good the house looks now.

Thiago and his team are excellent! Thiago's communications, beginning from the time I called to schedule an estimate, were always prompt and friendly. We had trouble scheduling a time to paint because of the incessant rain during the Fall, so we decided to wait until Spring. But in the middle of November, there was a break of three days in the forecast in which the work could be done, although it was going to be cold. Thiago contacted me and said we could go ahead! His wonderful and professional crew arrived on Saturday at 7:45 a.m., and in the cold rain, they power-washed the house, replaced some rotted wood, and taped the windows with plastic. The next cold day, Sunday, they arrived at 9 a.m., and applied two coats of paint to the body of the house. Monday, yet another cold day, they arrived at 8 a.m., and painted two coats on all the trim, front and back decks, front stairs, and sanded and painted the front and back doors. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up the yard very well. They worked tirelessly together like a well-oiled machine. Thiago came to the house a couple days after the work was done to assess it and to discuss some future work for Spring. I highly recommend Thiago's Painting! You will not be disappointed in choosing him and his team to make your house beautiful!

I can’t praise Thiago and his crew enough. The job was the exterior of a large house with cedar shingle siding and wood trim. I have never had a painting company do such a thorough job of preparation, which is the most important and time-consuming part of the project. After the standard power washing they spent days scraping and sanding all the shingles (a new paint job was well overdue). Then they applied an oil-based primer where needed and two coats of finish solid stain. They sprayed the stain on and then back-brushed or rolled it, which is probably the best method of application for shingles. The trim received similar attention as well as a small deck. They also replaced sections of rotted trim at a reasonable price. The work was excellent (no drips like the college kids leave) and they were very neat, cleaning up each evening before leaving. The two-man crew was friendly and polite, and would ask questions if they were not sure what we wanted done in a particular spot. In any large job there will always be some mistakes, but they came back immediately to fix the few minor oversights. I had gotten quotes from four highly rated painters on Angie's List and Thiago was the lowest and he did not require an advance deposit. And there were no surprises when the final invoice arrived. Since he provided the best paint job I have every gotten, I doubt any of the other painters could have done a better job at any price. The house looks great and with the extensive preparation work I expect it to continue to look great for some time. Thiago is friendly and easy to work with. I only have compliments and no criticisms. I strongly recommend Thiago’s Painting to anyone who wants an excellent paint job at a good price. I certainly will call on him for my future painting needs.

I couldn't have asked for more from Thiago's crew. They were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. I needed to have my home's exterior painted and deck stained and needed the job done quickly to get my home on the market to sell. After contacting Thiago in the morning about the job, he was at my home in the afternoon to look at the job and produce a quote. The communication from Thiago and his crew both before, during, and after the job was outstanding. I will recommend Thiago's Painting to anyone that needs any type of home painting work done and will use them for all future projects as well.

From the beginning we were impressed with the service we received from Thiago. Knowing we had an issue with pain pealing on the back of our house, we appreciated the detailed approach he outlined for us in the proposal (i.e. extensive scrapping, no power washing to prevent the wood from becoming too damp, special primer, etc.). While the price was higher than the other quotes we received, we felt the professionalism and quality of work was well worth it. The team put in long days, were very friendly and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thrilled with the final result and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

My experience working with Thiago's was exceptional. I was most impressed with the communication I had with Thiago. He responded within 24 hours of any email requests or questions I had, which is unusual, in my experience, with other contractors. We scheduled the work, his team came out and took care of my porch (and front door, which I added on to the work order), and did a great job. The team from Thiago's Painting was fantastic. They were on-time, clean and considerate of my working from home. They communicated any issues or questions they had immediately and worked withe us to come up with the best solution. After they were done, the quality of the work was amazing, I could not be happier. We had just had all our wood floors re-done and there was not a drop of paint on them, despite having to do all the base trim. The work was clean and beautiful. We did have a few things that came up during the work that need extra work and Thiago worked with us to provide solutions that were cost effective and fair. Overall, we could not be happier with the end result.

Since having the initial work done when we moved in Thiago has returned for several projects. New deck, kitchen remodel, backyard patio, etc. Whenever I need something I text Thiago and he tackles whatever I throw at him. He's a professional and one of the most reliable contractors we've worked with to date.

Generally, I never leave my home when people are working in it but for the first time in 35 years of home ownership, I felt they could be trusted alone in my home. It is so nice to know there is a company that knows how to do business with prompt estimates, excellent work, and fair pricing. My bedroom is large with a cathedral ceiling. There was wallpaper that had to be removed first. When I walked into the finished product, it was outstanding. I tend to be fussy about everything but I could not find any problems. In fact, the work was flawless. The trim work was also a reflection of the high level of performance characteristic of this company. This was the second time we hired Thiago and the second time we have been more than satisfied with this outstanding company. I wish all home contractors were as honest, hard working, and performed at such a high level of quality. We will be calling him again to perform more work in our home.

Very happy with Thiago's painting. Very reasonable price, half of one other estimate. The two painters were very pleasant young gentlemen, meticulous prep work, and exterior game out beautifully. Thiago responded promptly to send the guys back to touch up one spot. Didn't even charge for some minor carpentry work. Overall extremely satisfied.

Thiago's Painting is one of the best painting services in the area, I am extremely happy with the results and their prices are unbeatable! We love the work they did and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to paint their home. The work was done in 2 days and it looked fantastic! Our family room has `14ft high ceilings and high walls and they completed this room in one day and did a meticulous job. We will definitely call them again to paint our other rooms in the future!

They were professional, responsive and honest--- and the price was right! When we noticed a few grates and outlet covers weren't replaced after removal and painting, and some re-plastering wasn't quite complete, they returned immediately and did a fantastic job making sure everything was perfectly in place. I have been using Thiago’s Painting for many years for a number of different projects. Thiago’s team has painted my home exterior, my fences and much of my interior including painting the walls in my finished basement after we had experienced a flood. He also converted our family room from a dark ‘70s’ looking space into a beautiful, brightly lit area which is displayed in the “before and after” pictures in the portfolio section of his website. I have had the same pleasant experience each time I have contracted work from this exceptional crew. Thiago himself is extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the science of painting. He always returns phone calls or emails promptly and is very punctual with appointments. Since picking paint and sheens can very often be a challenge, Thiago always offers his expert recommendations on each project. Overall, he is very professional and honest. His prices are fair, he always uses the highest quality paint (usually Benjamin Moore) and his workers are exceptional. They arrive on time, are very courteous of your property, are extremely hard workers and will respond quickly to any special requests without question. Our latest project required painting ceilings, walls and trim in four bedrooms along with the upstairs hall, stairways and downstairs foyer. The upstairs had not been painted in some time and was showing signs of wear, but in just four days Thiago’s three-man crew was able to prep and paint to the point that the rooms looked like those in a brand new home. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and will definitely use Thiago’s company again.
