I couldn't be happier with the results. They followed the plans, yet made suggestions that enhanced the project. Craftmanship was superb. I hope to work with them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

The bathroom was 45 years old and needed to be rebuilt. The room was gutted to the initial studs, electrical service was updated, new toilet, granite counters, exhaust fan, new floor and shower tile and painting. Work was done on time and in budget estimate. Tencon coordinated all the subcontractors for electrical and plumbing and did the bulk of the other work themselves. They recommended places to go to select granite, fixtures, tile etc and made the appointments and purchased the material. They were very thorough and prompt and kept the house clean as they worked. I would highly recommend them for bathroom remodeling.

The experience was fantastic. We selected all of the tiles, all the fixtures, and everything. They were extremely communicative and responsive both by email and by phone and he chased the deviations for the plan or delays of the schedule. We proactively communicated ahead of time and cleared with us for any work with us. They were phenomenal.

To accommodate our growing family, we wanted to turn our attic into real living space. We went with Tencon for General Contracting, and it was a fantastic experience. The first meeting, they went over each line of the proposal, showing what they planned and the cost. They didn't try to cut any corners in any requirements or building codes. During the project, they were courteous and respectful of our privacy. We wouldn't have known they were there, except for the construction noises! The work is well done -- doesn't look rushed or inexperienced. They began the project as soon as the building permit was approved and were always on-site early in the morning. The price was at the high end of our budget, but there were *no* surprises later. (My neighbors had dis-recommended several other GCs for adding extras costs onto the bill). The only criticism I have is that getting return phone calls was somewhat hit or miss. Great, stress-free job overall, though.
