Star Cleaning

The star cleaning team has gone above and beyond our expectations for cleaning our home. The team is prompt and kind every time they come. They are considerate and clean my office first so I can continue working and are flexible to my needs. My home sparkles when they leave from top to bottom. I originally asked for bi weekly service and was so impressed I increased to weekly. I now have more time with my family and am so grateful. I highly recommend star cleaning for your home!

Team was supposed to arrive at 8am. Celia called me and explained that one of her workers was unable to make it. She wanted to come later this morning. I explained that she committed to 8-9 hours for a team of two to do the deep cleaning, coming later this morning will short-change me on the cleaning. I explained to her that as a first time client, she should have filled in for the person that couldn't make it and come with the other person to clean today. I work 80 hours a week and this was extremely disappointing as I had made arrangements for 2 of my 3 dogs to be out of the house for the day. While Celia was responsive to my request and came to give me a quote within a few days of contacting her via Angies List, she truly let me down. I would not do business with this company if first impressions are lasting one's. They are completely unreliable and for a quote of $525, I would have thought she could have figured it out and done the cleaning herself with the other scheduled worker. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. I will find a cleaning company that I can rely on.

needed to get my house ready for sale. No one had lived there for quite a while and it was a nightmare.

Celia was very responsive and came to my home to do a detailed inspection of what needed to be done. Her crew showed up on time and did a thorough job. Celia then came back to check their work and had them come back to re-do a couple of areas that she felt were not up to snuff. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and it was a very positive experience.

It was amazing. The girls went above and beyond cleaning my house. It was gleaming. They cleaned things I didn’t even know needed cleaning. They even stayed late to finish the job. I highly recommend.

The cleaning was a little more than I'd expected for that job. It was only a couple of hours. The cleaners were on time (early, actually). The work was all done, but I did find some areas were not as well done as I'd have liked, given the emptiness of the house. Overall, the cleaning was good and sufficient, but not perfect.

When we first reached out to Star Cleaning for information Gercy was very responsive and clear on what work her crew would do for the deep clean and then the biweekly cleaning. Our schedule for the first clean was very tight and we were very appreciative that Gercy was able to fit us in on short notice. We paid $210 (which we expected) for the first deep clean and the house looked clean and move in ready. Everything was fantastic and straight forward. The problem we had with Gercy was the bi-weekly cleaning and the pricing. I had sent an email to Gercy confirming the pricing we had talked about on the phone AND had an additional discussion on what the price would be (2 cleanings for $125.00 a month). When Star Cleaning came a second time, and this time without Gercy, they told me that the cost for ONE cleaning was going to be $135.00 I told the woman in charge that was not what Gercy and I discussed and told her we were going to be $125 for 2 cleanings. She said I could pay $125 for this one and then talk with Gercy later, so that's what I did feeling completely played. I wasn't not going to pay these ladies for their work because they did a great job. I emailed Gercy the next day and told her what had happened and wanted to come to some sort of agreement going forward. My emails were not returned till a week later.

They are pretty average. We are happy with it. It isn't anything out of the ordinary. They often missed some things, but I wasn't surprised. It got our house clean, and we are happy with them.

Luciana is the one who cleans our house and she does a great job and is very flexible. Their prices are great. She comes every 3 weeks and is here for 2 hours.

They are very responsive when you call or talk to them or e-mail them. They are flexible in timing. I had to change the first cleaning a couple of times and they were able to fit me in. They deal with my dog and I don't have to push him away. I feel like they were fast although I don't know how long it took them. They have only really come out twice but they have been good so far, and what I have really enjoyed is the fact that they are responsive, friendly and flexible. They do a good job too. The price is by the hour and it depends on the size of your house. They were late the first time but they were trying to fit me in. They will be here again in two weeks.
