Exelent, I would hire them again and I will very soon. They were friendly and professional and was only bothered when they had a question. The finish job was superb and the clean up was what was expected.

Rafael did a great job making my laundry room look fresh and appealing! He is very pleasant and made suggestions- which were better than my original plans! I definitely recommend him and I’ll certainly hire him again for any future projects!

Exterior painting plus some exterior carpentry for window frames and installing a porch ceiling. They did very good work. No surprises. They are conscientious and dependable. They call and come when they say they will. If for some reason their schedule changes they alerted us immediately! The cost was competitive. We were surprised as all these qualities are unusual these days. We recommend them highly. We will use them again for sure. Polite, professional and their work is high quality. Very communicative with texting to keep us up to date on scheduling.

Rafael and his team were amazing! He was quick to respond to our initial request and came over within a couple of days to see our house and quote the job. He was responsive to questions and requests throughout the process. All in, Smart Painting Service were great work with and we plan to use them again for another project later this year, and would recommend them to a friend. The project took a little over 3 weeks, was of great quality with excellent attention to detail and very reasonably priced.

I was referred to Rafael of Smart Painting by a client who said they did a super job remodeling her bathroom and painting her interior. I called Rafael and told him I had a 6 room apartment to paint and in addition some exterior work. He came to view the job within 48 hours. I was impressed with his knowledge and professional demeanor. He said he would give me a quote within 48 hours and again he delivered. I had another quote and the prices were similar but I hired Smart Painting because I thought that Rafael had a great eye for detail and liked how he explained to me how he planned to tackle the job. I also felt confident that he could deliver what he said and in the time frame he promised. He has a wonderful crew including his father who I am sure Rafael learned his trade from. The job they did was amazing! It included ceilings, radiators, inside and outside of cabinets and all trim and molding. Six rooms and a bathroom. The sunroom was a very difficult room to do as it had inside screens that opened up into the room and he did the trim of the screens and the sills of the windows and when they finished they looked as good as they could get. They also painted the front outside entry, the garage doors and trim and an outside porch and bulkhead they prepared the surfaces as necessary and did an excellent job. The whole crew was meticulous as they spent a lot of time preparing the property for painting including putting paper with tape all over the floors so that nothing at all came in contact with the hardwood. When I walked in to review the job I told him that I was impressed and appreciative of the job so well done. Smart Painting has smart people behind the business name and they do quality work at a fair price and deliver the end product as promised and that is indeed smart. Thank you Rafael and the rest of your great crew especially your dad who I know taught you most of what you know and do so well. I feel lucky that you were recommended to me and will not hesitate to recommend you to others . Keep up the great work!

We had a great experience with Rafael and Smart Painting! They came in before we moved into our new home to remove some wallpaper and paint the bedrooms. I really appreciated the videos he sent showing the work that was happening, since we weren't there. They did a great job and finished when they said they would.

Amazing experience. I had just moved into severely outdated condo. Smart Painting was here right away, worked long hours to finish within a week. I had new bathroom and beautifully painted cabinets when they were done. They had to creatively problem solve as an older property always has surprises. Rafael gave me some custom solutions that I love!! And they were able to work with some materials from the demo process and saved me some money. They are so nice, so professional, left my place and work areas spotless every night. I’m hiring them again for some new projects!
