Description of Work: Tony arrived on time, replaced leaky valve in toilet, removed rotted metal pipes and joints in basement and replaced with new copper ones. Very professional job. No more leaks in house. Would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: My basement toilet backed up and spewed raw storage at 8pm on Sunday night. Roto-rooter arrived within 30 mins and found that the main line between my house and the sewer was clogged with tree roots. After 45 minutes of using his nifty roto tool, the roots were clear and the issue resolved.

Description of Work: We called Roto-Rooter to fix a backup in our sewer system. We requested a video of our sewer line which showed extensive tree root growth through a large length of our system. This was the third backup in less than three months. Upon Roto-Rooter's recommendation, we had our clay sewer pipe re-lined. We are very happy with the results of the pipe relining (and the 50 year warranty), and we were scheduled for repairs very quickly, but Roto-Rooter charged a high premium for this service.

Description of Work: The kitchen sink and disposer were hopelessly clogged. Roto-rooter snaked it out quite effectively. They quoted me the price after looking at the situation. But with them standing there ready to go I wasn't too likely to send him packing. But I found the price rather steep compared to what I expect my usual plumber would have charged if I had waited a few more minutes for the call back from him.

Description of Work: After a party on Sunday evening, our basement toilet overflowed. After multiple attempts to clear the clog myself, I realized there was a bigger problem. Given that all the toilets and sinks started to backup, I needed to help. Roto-rooter was the only company I called that was willing to send someone out on Sunday night. I paid a premium for the service, but he quickly identified the source of my issues as tree roots in main drain. The plumber deployed the patented roto-rooter and quickly eliminated the roots and clog.
