They were responsive, but I had worked out a deal with them on the phone (after they inspected the work area). When they got to the house to do the work they aggressively convinced my wife to change the work agreement (no surprise, for more money), and even made her go to the bank to pay in cash rather than by check as we had agreed on the phone. OK, so they did the work and it looks OK except they didn't do a good job of matching the shingle color. They warned me on the phone it wouldn't be an exact match because of weathering on the old shingles, but I don't believe these were the same color in the first place. The repair sticks out. The absolute worst part is that a year later I am still finding nails, old shingles, and tape in my yard, in the gutters, in the driveway. They did a terrible job cleaning up, despite getting assurances from them about this in advance.

Very prompt in coming out to give the estimate. Came in well below the other companies. He worked us in within a week. Worked hard and was very professional.
