No response from service provider. I cannot judge the quality of their craftsmanship, product selection or price but it strikes me as unprofessional to offer an in home review and allow purchase of a discounted in home visit and service estimate without responding in any way.

Sean initially responded to our request for service quickly, but then missed two appointments. Apparently, their van was in the shop so he couldn't make it out. Finally, after a week of back-and-forth, transportation was obtained and an appointment scheduled and kept. Once Sean came, the service provided was quick and of high-quality. Sean was a pleasure to work with once he made it, and the work was top-notch.

Installation went very well. Some difficulty contacting contractor, but delay was explainable.

Awful After numerous request for an explanation as to why they didn't follow up on the service purchased, I finally got this reply: "Sir, I sincerely apologize. We recently hired more employees as well as replaced our office manager and in the commotion, the new office manager was never informed to check the Angie's list Business center. I'll be sure to have him reach out to your girlfriend ASAP to set up the consult so we can help her with her new TV so she has something to watch until we have everything installed. I assure you we will have this under control moving forward and will reinstall your faith in us.' Then nothing again. I believe this company is no longer in business??

Promethean was great, bought deal to hang TV. Reliable, professional and reasonable!

Installer was very neat and professional as well as quite knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions with complete confidence in everything we spoke about, making me feel comfortable and confident in my own home. Everything was clearly explained and I never once felt like I didn't understand the "tech speak" they used. The system was installed exactly as it was sold and worked even better than we expected. The installers were courteous of my home and the room was completely cleaned when they finished; Cleaner when they left than before the install. They spent a considerable amount of time with us, instructing even the kids on how to operate the system, and insisted that we were one hundred percent confident using it before they left us. They explained some of the other services they offered, such as lighting control, and left us so confident with them as a company that we had to have them back to take care of us again. We have recommended them to all of our friends who came over and loved our new smart home. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The owner of Promethean Solutions, Sean, is who came for our install. Showed up exactly when he said he would. Worked quietly and diligently. His knowledge of products in his industry was extensive. Seans' clear thinking and understanding of what we wanted for our entertainment system was spot on. His professionalism and work ethic is unparrelled. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking to install or even upgrade their home theater.
