+ 7 moreWe had professional plans drawn and accepted a price along with a completion date of eight weeks with a crew of eight workers. Thirteen months later we, as senior citizens were left with an incomplete project in which we had to dismiss this contractor for non performance poor quality and general untruthfullness. We found we had overpaid for the amount of work that was completed. He went through multiple subcontractors some of whom came to us for non payment by contractor. Poor record keeping and general incompetence was our experience. We lost a summer at our vacation home along with rental opportunities. I am in the construction business myself and will notice more than the average homeowner. We got "taken". Stay far away from this person. Trust me on this.
