Their services are very expensive.

They have the annual fertilization program and my wife and I have set up for that program. We are actually going to drop them because our oldest one came back and redid a section of the lawn and show us how easy it is to do the fertilization. We will do it ourselves.

I have never had any problems with them. They are always willing to go above and beyond and correct any mistakes that they may have made.

Company charged for an additional treatment to diseased fir/pine/blue spruce trees which had no effect and after I complained Noon refused to make any monetary adjustment. In 2010 it was a year-long contract plus a few extra treatments and a self-renewing contract provision which I was not aware of. I called when Noon arrived in spring of 2011 and they refused to credit me for the unwanted lawn treatment and continue to bill me for the disputed service.

They leave a detailed sheet of what they've done on the door handle. Their service is just outstanding. The quality of their work is great, and you get great results. They changed our lawn from being the worst-looking lawn to the best-looking lawn on our street within one year. They always call the night before to let you know they're coming out. A lot of services don't do that.

Noon Turf bought another provider I have used happily for years. They came provided services I never agreed to and then tried to tell me I ordered them. Customer Service said "Let me tell you what you ordered. I never signed anything and had one call where I agreed to one treatment. From reading other reviews these guys apparently do this quite consistently and without any limit. I hope better business bureau investigates here. I was shocked by this service, attitude and overall treatment. I would suggest not ever using these guys

The company continues to push services and charge for services not requested. They come and perform lawn services that are not authorized, leave bills, and are aggressive in collecting for these unauthorized services. Worse still, they agree to perform warranty work only if you agree to remain a customer on ther service plan - which seems to mean they come when they want and do what they want. They do not stand by their work. The lawn looks as bad as ever. Many former clients on Angieslist and other review sites list the same course of events: unauthorized services, challenging to cancel, aggressive bill collecting for unauthorized services. They were initially friendly and responsive. They came as promised, but had little interaction except for leaving the bill after each visit. The results in our lawn were OK but offered no improvement, so we decided to use a lower-cost provider for 2010. Noon returned to our house and performed grub treatment -- unauthorized -- and has repeatedly billed us for $270. We called them after they left the bill and they said their standard protocol is to continue servicing homes until provided in writing, despite the fact that we never responded to their mailings for payment for 2010. The owner of the company was unrelenting about his demand for $270 and threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay. We ultimately paid to be done with these people, but their business practices are poor and they clearly have no interest in partnering with homeowners.

They did the job they were hired to do. I was not satisifed with the end results. I had some specific issues with my lawn and I asked for assistance which I really didn't get satisfaction on. They didn't give me a good solution for an area where the grass wouldn't grow. They would not return phone calls to the number that I requested. They would leave messages on my home phone and not call my mobile as I had instructed. This is the third lawn company that I have used over the years and I am now doing the work myself. If I decide to use another lawn company, I will probably call them again.

I've used other lawn services, and Noon's has been the most professional at a reasonable price. They always call the day before a treament so I can postpone if there is a conflict.

They are punctual. They make the lawn look fantastic. They call the day before they come.

The lady who answered the phone was courteous and explained to me what they will and won't do. She DID leave me a message a week later or so to see if by any chance I might be interested in their services. I'm not, as I'd like to find someone who "does it all."

I loved working with Noon, not only did they make my lawn look amazing they were a great company to work with. The staff was very responsive and understanding. And the free service calls when needed worked out great for me. If I wasn't satisfied with anything Noon would send out a technician or manager to take a look at my problem for me. They were just great!

Company appears to no longer be in business. Their 978 phone number is no longer in service and their 1-800 number is forwarded to another lawn company in cherry valley, MA.

Had 3 estimates and they were the best price. They do a great job every week. They have been a little pushy trying to get me to do more lawn care, weed care, and fertilization work, but I just said no and they have stopped calling.

There have been no problems and they do a fine job. They have good prices and always do a decent job. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are on time and accurate when they come out as well. I am pleased overall with them. I pay them weekly for the service.

I used the company's website with the intention of signing up for lawn service. However, I wanted to speak to someone first about the lawn and it wasn't clear from the online system how that would happen, so I called the office first. The woman who answered told me that after I submitted the information online, someone would call me the next day and schedule an appointment to come out and see the lawn. This is what I wanted, so I completed the online order. (I also sent an email explaining I would be a new customer and would like to speak to someone first. No one called or emailed, but 3 days later I got home to find a sign on my lawn saying it had been sprayed and a bill on my door. When I called to complain I got nowhere. The office manager never returned my call, a saleman tried to act as her go between. They offered to charge me half (I was willing) but only if I used them for the next year of service. When I said no, the saleman accused me of lying about the original call.
