Excellent. The worker that Marlboro Pest control sent to my house was polite, punctual and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Roy came out promptly to inspect for termites due to a spongy floor in our dining room. After inspecting in basement with cameras, he found no evidence of termites, but recommended treatment in the spring due to our history of having termites. He then mouse proofed the entire house at various points of entry including gaps in the chimney in the attached garage. He also advised us to add plywood to an area that he felt mice were getting in, which we did. With Roy's expertise and advice, we have not yet had any mouse activity inside the house evidenced by several empty traps in the basement and attic. We have had mouse problems every winter for the past several years until now. I highly recommend Marlboro Pest Control.

The contractor came out to the house surveyed the area and left the trap. The next morning, we had captured the woodchuck. They came by an hour after I called that morning to take their trap and the woodchuck away. With the Angie's List discount, it was a competitive price and swift service.

I called Marlboro Pest Control and spoke to a wonderful lady who assessed my problem, priced it, and scheduled me for the next day. The technician came on time, discussed the problem, completed the work, and found another nest. He was very professional and thoroughly explained to me what he did. This is my go to company for all household pest issues!

They show up periodically (or if I call) to treat my home for insects. I only wish they would let me know when they are arriving.

Very well. The owner came for the first visit and identified carpenter ants in our garage. He treated them and they were gone. Also, he treated the foundation. The second time this company came out to treat ants in our kitchen. The technician was very prompt. He explained what he was doing. He put down the ant traps with bait and within a few days, the ants were gone. However as the technician suggested, we left the traps in place for more than a week. He told me if they weren't gone within a week, to call back and he would come back out and retreat the area. Thus far, I have found the people in the office to the people who came to my house to be very professional and friendly. I purchased a yearly maintenance contract through Angie's List , which amounted to a $100,00 discount.

Technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When the ants showed up a month after treatment, they came back out - no questions asked.

They were fantastic. Even though my house was out of their service are, they decided to honor my purchase. The guy arrived on time, explained everything clearly, covered my entire property.

Appointment was scheduled within two days. Showed up right on time. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Found area where mice were entering the home and was able to block holes. Refunded my money and charged me a lesser fee because work was less than I had paid for. Very rare to find such an honest businessman. I will most definitely call this company again for any problem I have with mice or other pests. I have used this company before to deal with beehives in walls of house. Same exceptional service.

No one wants mice in their attic and especially not dead in their basement. These came in and placed bait boxes as stated when I initially spoke with the office. I found two mice in my basement and there was no smell. I don't like the fact of taking a life but with the volume there was no other way - they got the job done and I have only heard critters in the attic twice (then dead mice). They are supposed to come back tomorrow for a final walk thru to ensure that every thing was working properly. Overall satisfied with outcome thus far.

Marlborough Pest Control was extremely professional and honest with all the details. Always returned my calls/emails promptly. I called them probably 6-8 times in a 30 day period just to get information about mice control methods for my tenant and I never experienced any hint of frustration in the voice of business manager. Their professionalism was phenomenal. I really appreciate that. I'd use their services again if needed without any hesitation.

I could hear mice which had came in from the cold and after the treatment I heard very little. They scheduled a followup treatment a month later and a few days before that I heard a mouse or something in the attic, which they treated for yesterday. Will watch for the results and see if I hear anything. There's definitely a big improvement!

It was perfect from start to finish. MPC was professional, came exactly when they said they would, were very helpful in explaining what they were doing and made it clear that they would come back if we still saw ants after one month. I still had ants and they came back, no questions asked. The ants are now gone. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend them highly to family/friends.

They showed up on time, really knew their stuff, and spent a long time spraying. The bees (and other bugs) quickly disappeared, and in fall, they'll be back to spray again and help us avoid mice this winter. Excellent choice, they care about their work, the person who sprayed our house was not just a guy with a sprayer, this was his career, and he was passionate about it.

All appointments where on time or early. Carpenter ant spraying was more thorough than our previous pest control company. Ants disappeared and have not returned so far.

first visit, sprayed for bugs and evaluated attic for mice. we had issues with mice in the attic that would not seem to go away. marlboro pest had to come out multiple times due to us continuing to hear noises. they came without fuss even though I am sure they think I am crazy. also had to call for them to come take care of a huge hornet nest that had grown on the side of our house- also took care of with out a problem.
