Description of Work: They did a fine job- sanded and polyurethane the kitchen floor, painted cabinets and walls and ceiling; repaired outdoor decking rails, and repainted the trim on the exterior. All done beautifully, on time, and cleanly. Price was comparable to another estimate I got so seemed fair.

Description of Work: Went OK. Replaced flooring, drywall and painted following a water leak. There were extras - they needed more flooring and paint than expected and it wasn't really a flat price estimate as expected. But a good job and they were responsible workers.

Description of Work: I had a couple of discussions with the company about the services. The project was to clear snow and ice dams from my roof. They were courteous, carefully explained their services, and I was fine with going forward. They showed up on our agreed upon time, cleared the gutters of ice and removed snow from the areas above the gutters as we agreed. Then, they spread ice melt over the ice covered parts of my driveway, which we had never discussed. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I was very pleased when Marc arrived right on time for first appointment to assess work. He was very polite and personable. |We never received an estimate. I called the office and was told it would be a few more days. |Called again after another week and my call was not returned so I had to look for someone else. I always try to give benefit of the doubt that something pressing came up for them or there was some miscommunication that could not be straightened out. 9.28.15 I never received any emails and I think that might have been a big part to the problem. Also, I couldn't message you because the website was having problems. Based off of meeting you, I'm sure it was just a glitch that we couldn't overcome.

We provide FREE proposals, spend time, gas and money going to provide potential customers a consultation, and at all have no reason to not provide a proposal. Please be aware that this is a high volume season, we have at least 3 consultations a day, and do our best to get the proposals to customers in a timely manner. Your call was not received, and we provided email updates on the progress. We would have appreciated a response, or at least not a negative review for a free service we provide.

I don't understand this review. Member purchased an ice removal deal, within a couple of days the ice had melted and we made proactive reach outs to client, and the client returned the deal because it was no longer needed. This grade is not justified as it was returned due to a matter outside of our control.
