Description of Work: HAVE MY WHOLE ROOFS REPLACED, ALSO HAD MY 3 VELUX SKYLIGHTS REPLACED. I ALREADY HAD ROOF REPLACED. I NEED MY WOOD TAKEN OFF WHOLE HOUSE, AND REPLACED WITH CERTAIN-TEED SHINGLES, AND DON'T GIVE ME ,MEADOWS CONSTRUCTION, RENEVISO, AND THE OTHER 2 THAT YOU KEEP GIVING TO ME. THEY ALL HAVE BEEN HERE, AND THEIR PRICES WERE TOO HIGH. I LIKED THE MEADOWS CONST. THE BEST, BUT, PRICE FOR VINYL REPLACEMENT WAS VERY HIGH! They will only come out if there is more than 3" of snow on the ground. I really needed them to come out even with only 3" of snow. They did clear driveway when over 3". They were going to clear my roof line, never did. All in all... ok, not great.

Based on our market research, about 90% of snow removal companies only plow at 3+ inches of snow- Many clients choose this option, as they are charged for every visit, and because of service schedule, it is nearly impossible to service clients every 1-2 inches of snow. Also, emergency roof calls are based on availability, as we have clients on contract to service- on best effort basis, we service all clients we can for emergency situations, unfortunately, on this client's request, that was not possible. Our Deals are performed as they were advertised- this client, in particular, was aware of this under our terms prior to purchasing the deal.

We didn't get past the phone. I tried to have to schedule a "free consultation" as they advertise on their website. The manager wanted me to send pictures and dimensions without taking a look. I found this to be completely unprofessional. The receptionist said my options were to send pictures or to wait until August. I said No Thank you.

It went very well and we would use them again. The job was completed in one day using a crew of 4. They stayed until the hours and the job was done to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: We needed a covered porch deck stained. It had pressure treated wood and old previously painted areas. They did a very nice job making this space look finished. The crew was hard working, friendly, accommodating, and skilled.

They did an excellent job, the newly painted areas look fantastic! I requested that they send multiple people, we wanted the job completed quickly and efficiently because my husband and I work at home. They sent over 4 people both days and were clearly mindful about not being loud. Everyone was really nice and they finished the job in two days even though they had estimated four.

They were excellent. They sanded and power washed prior to painting. They were efficient and punctual. I plan to hire them again! I didn't think that they'd be able to paint with the rainy weather. But, they were fast and competent. My house looks great!

Marc and his team were awesome. They had to resolve several mistakes made by the previous contractors and they never skipped a beat. We were done in about 2 weeks!! Every day everything happened exactly as it was scheduled, and they made sure that I was completely happy with all of the results. When you choose MA Painters to do your work, you will undoubtedly talk to Grace a lot. She is the office manager for MA Painters and the hub of communication and coordination. She never lets a phone call or email go unanswered for long. I never felt neglected or forgotten about. They did so much more for me than they had too. Everything turned out so well. My project finished living up to the vision that I had for it. I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: I had undertaken a major renovation on my home; completely gutting the second floor to make a new master suite. I suffered the same struggles that many homeowners face when it comes to finding a reliable and skilled contractor....MA Painters was my THIRD contractor. When I first met Marc I was just thrilled that someone actually showed up when they said they would.!! I interviewed several contractors determined that I wasn't going to have to go on to find a fourth one. I had other companies tell me that they didn't want the work for a variety of reasons...one guy actually told me that some of the work was "too hard" and he didn't want to do it. Right from the very beginning Marc wanted to help me finish this project so that I could finally unpack and begin living in my house instead of living in a construction zone!

Fernando and his guys were amazing! I bought the 40 hours of painting deal and they worked very quickly to complete each of the jobs I needed done. Fernando even told me that they would probably have some time left out of the 40 hours once they were done with my list and asked if there was anything else I wanted painted. The quality of work was top notch and everything looks great. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a great job and totally transformed the unit. They got the work done in less than a week so we were able to get the unit on the market much faster than anticipated. They ran into a problem with one of the bathrooms and immediately sent a video with recommendations and estimates on how to fix it. I have hired them to do additional work.

The job went very well and smooth. I purchased their special 40 hours of painting special offer. It took a couple of days to schedule. The crew was at my house within 1 week of payment. 3 guys were there the first day, and 2 guys the second day. Overall about 1000 sq of space was painted. The guys did a great job and really tried to finish as much as they could in the 40 hours of work. I would definitely hire again.

We purchased the $999 deal for 40 hours on a Friday and their crew of 3 showed up that next Monday (5 minutes early even). They were on time, polite and did great job, but they were also FAST. Not rushed, but they got so much accomplished that first day we had to go out and get pain for other rooms that we never thought they would get to. Highly recommended and we definitely will use them again.

MA Painters did a great job with our basement floor. It was peeling badly, with questionable paint, and the team carefully scraped off the loose paint and coated the floor with an epoxy garage coating. They also prepared and painted the basement stairs. The team had to move around a washer/dryer to complete the work, and did that without trouble. We are happy with the end result. There was some confusion about scheduling the work, which had to be done over multiple days. This was primarily due to extremely cold weather conditions that slowed down the drying process, but the team adjusted, and got the work done in a reasonable time frame. We would hire MA again, and plan to have the team come back out soon to provide an estimate on other work we need done.

I had no trouble scheduling the work for the time which would work well for me. My emails and texts were promptly and adequately answered. The amount and quality of the work completed in the fixed time frame of the deal I found completely appropriate and satisfactory. I will have no reservations in using MA Painters and Remodeling on my next project.

This company did all the renovations in my house as well as my already sold townhouse. They are very easy to deal with. MA Painting is a superb company. This is the 3rd painting company that I purchased a Big Deal from for interior painting. The first two companies would not contact me for a service date, even when I contacted Angies List for assistance. I was given a refund for both companies. MA Painting contacted me with 30 minutes of purchasing the Big Deal! They were also able to come and perform the painting services within a few days of my purchase. Fernando and his crew arrived promptly and did an excellent job of painting. Extremely professional and courteous. The Big Deal consisted of 12 hours of painting. The crew contained 3 painters and 4 hours of labor. They were able to complete the job much faster than I anticipated.
