Keith was great to work with and helped us select the product. The pricing was also very competitive. The installer was also great and cleaned up very well after the job. We are very happy with the new wood floors and wouldn’t do anything differently.

Steve and Shawn did the install and everything from our initial conversation to the install to coming back on day 2 to lay the grout was completed with perfection and the highest quality. They provided feedback on how best to design the tile on the floor, cleaned up beautifully and provided care post installation information. The kitchen tile floor looks terrific!!! I really appreciate what a great experience it was to work with the Luce Brothers. The entire process was very positive from the tile selection, getting a quote, scheduling the job, and the installation. Keith, Steve and team did an exceptional job with the hopscotch pattern and accommodating the quirks of an old house including the dishwasher space and the thresholds.

Excellent work. Large kitchen floor had to have rough sub-floor smoothed down (very tough work), and had to cover entire floor with leveling material. Really thought it was an easily a 2 day job. Floor installer arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and went right to work smoothing sub-floor and by noon time had new floor level material down. By 3:30 PM new vinyl floor was completely installed and looked beautiful. Very happy with the new floor (looks just like ceramic tile) and the quality of the installed work.

We stopped in the store a few weeks ago to look at the tile, they have a huge selection to choose from. We chose our tile and scheduled the install. The installers showed up on time and got right to work. They were very careful to protect the hardwood floor just outside the bathroom. They had me approve the tile layout and got started. They worked hard to get all the tile put in the first day, came back to grout the next. Everything looks great, couldn't be happier.

Luce Brothers were very good at providing a wide selection of tile. We bought the tile from them and they did the installation. They were very punctual and timely in the installation, even though the entire down stairs was torn up they were able to provide us with access to the upstairs. They even were able to work around our cat. The job was professionally done on time and in budget. Some work needed to be done on the doors because they no longer fit properly. Luce Brothers found a carpenter who did the work quickly and inexpensively. Luce Brothers say up front they don't do the kitchen or bathroom appliance disconnect or reconnect. This was our responsibility, just something to be aware of.

It went great. They were effiecent and the price was fair. They were neat, clean and on time. I recommend them highly and would would use them again.

the backsplash was amazing! I was without a backsplash since the summer, and once I picked out the countertop, I had a difficult time choosing the right one on my own and the the Luce brothers really helped select a few great options!

AWESOME, AMAZING - I've been using Luce Bros for over 16 years, as have the rest of my family for all of the properties we've called home. I've had several kitchens, bathrooms, and porches tiled, multiple rooms carpeted, wooden floors finished, et cetera. They have also done thousands of square feet of carpeting for our indoor children's playground in Woburn. Absolute class act, every staff member I've dealt with, from front of the store to coming back weeks later to see how things have held up once our kids start stomping their feet. I've always been blown away by the return of calls, punctuality, price, and most importantly, the outcome of the finished product. I've had dozens of friends thank me for referring them too. As a business owner myself, I don't often write reviews unless the quality of service is warranted. These guys can make your 100 year old house, look as modern as something built recently. Professional, friendly and patient. All good things to say about them. They are very patient on explaining on all the details. Get the work done on time. Did not cut corners. Recommended.

Company was great to work with. They helped select flooring based on our specific preferences, and was flexible with install date. Installation was somewhat challenging due to some angled walls, obstacles, etc. Installer was very personable, hard working, and did excellent work. Every aspect went smoothly and we LOVE our new floor! Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely contact them for future work.

The Luce Bros father taught them well! When Dave decided to test the copper shower floor base for leaks before he began to tile the shower, he heard a dripping sound. He went downstairs to the kitchen to see a wet water stain on the kitchen ceiling. Long story short, the dripping noise didn't come from the perfectly installed shower base but from a crack in the 25 year old pipe that connected the main second floor toilet to the master toilet ( yet to be installed). If Dave hadn't tested the shower when he did, the leak might not have been discovered until the master toilet and shower floor were installed and used on a daily basics, costing us a fortune in repairs.

Went very well. When Keith came out to scope out the project, he was very clear in what he will do and how he would go around re-stretching it. He also notified me of areas that he wanted cleared. On the day of, he was punctual and did the job efficiently and did a good job. I would definitely use him again. I did have to vacuum after the job was done.
