Description of Work: The first phone call was answered by someone who did set up an appointment right away however the problem I am having is TERMITES and the person who booked the appointment explained that the first available appointment to inspect the house and present a price was today (Monday April 22nd). This is my first experience with termites and I preferred to get a response asap. I called the Bug Man in News Hampshire who sent an estimator WITHIN THE HOUR. I will fill out a sheet on them after they complete the work scheduled to be done tomorrow afternoon.

Sorry we didn't meet your expectations (deleted member name). We consider Termites to be a very serious pest. We arrange to have the department manager do all of our estimates in person to be sure that we are 100% successful. Sometimes in swarm season it just isn't physically possible for him to get to all the calls the same day. Sorry about that. I'm glad you were able to find a solution that you are comfortable with.
