I got a coupon from them and that was okay. I had a good service from them. They did a good service and it was good. I have a big house. It was me and my neighbor whose houses are together and we paid $1300 on their services. I think I will use them again in the future. I guess it was good but I don’t know, because I haven’t used this kind of service every day. So I don’t know how to compare but they did a good job. They came on time and they did whatever they had to do. They were very considerate with the house. They wore protective things over their shoes, so they wouldn’t dirty the house and that’s always appreciated. They seemed polite and they came when they had to come. So I don’t have any reason to believe that there would be any other better way to do it. So that was pretty good and there were no problems. I always thought their price was a little steep but I don’t know exactly. Their punctuality was okay. That was perfect. I don’t think they could have done any better on that.

I got a coupon from Angie's List and they were very good. They were very careful. They did not do it over the weekend because they knew they couldn't take the squirrels out, there was one squirrel which died in a trap due to cold, so they stopped trapping over the weekends. It took them about 2 weeks to trap them, remove and then they patched up the holes. They were very nice and easy going. I had sent them too much money at one point and they called me up and sent back the check. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They just sprayed for ants and everything. We used them quarterly. I stopped using them because of the cost. It was $42 a month. If I had an infestation of bugs I might call them.

We have a large yard, and they did a great job. We have used them for many years.

My son thought he saw a mouse in his room last night, but my husband thought it was a very small squirrel. I called JP Pest Services this morning and they were the first company who could come today. Technicians arrived right on time, were well prepared and seemed very experienced. After looking through the room, they trapped a flying squirrel and removed it from the house. They also looked into the attic and found evidence of more squirrel activity. They put in a referral for us to the service technicians who specialize in wildlife inspections and repairs to prevent the squirrels from getting into our attic and house again. Very pleased with the promptness, courtesy and service. Would absolutely use them again if need be.

They were very professional and they answered all the questions I had. They were prompt; they were there when they said they would be there. They would call to let you know if they are late.

My experience with them was very good. They solved the problem for us. I don’t remember how much we spent on their service. I don’t remember it being outrageous though and I would remember that. We will use their services again in the future.

Everything went well. He found no evidence of any problems, and my house is pest-free thanks to him.

The experience has been excellent. The technicians are professional, courteous, and do a good job. They’re always on time and call beforehand. I’ve had no problems with them whatsoever.

We use them every year. They are very good. We spend $270 a year and we get two treatments and they come back if necessary in between free of charge. There was no charge on the last visit. They do perimeter treatment twice in the summer season for ants and they come back two times and put bait inside the house. They are professional and courteous. They come when they say and they always call first to remind. When we had a problem the second time with an ant swarm, they came right away. I don’t really have a basis for comparison but I think their price is good. They are very conscientious, neat and quick. They are responsive and punctual. I would recommend them. We have used them for several years. We would continue to use them in the future.

We have an annual contract with them. They come out 4 times a year. Adam, the gentleman that assists us, is very thorough. If they have to come in between the service dates on the contract, they don't charge for this. They are very courteous and put booties on their feet when entering our home. They really care for their clients and go above and beyond.
