That went very well. He was comfortable to work with, he was pleasant and he was very informative. I saw that he was going around looking for signs of damage due to the carpenter ants and he was very informative to me so I know what to look for going forward. All round, he was very professional and did a good job.

They're very responsive and thorough. The techs who have been out have been very knowledgeable. We've been very pleased with their service.

They are doing everything well. We've been using them for at least 10 years. They're local service. They automatically took care of the termite problem we had. They come out twice a year at $150 per treatment. I would recommend them. They're very responsible. They're so invisible and so effective. We know they come and apply the treatment and everything is fine.

They are spare. It's not the best experience I've ever had. Sometimes they are challenging to get a hold of them to come out. We've had several people across our town come out so it's never been the same guy. I know that they had contractors leave the company in the middle of August. They've missed a few things on a couple of rounds that had caused this to just stay that way. They're definitely working to fix the problem and they had not charged us extra so as of this point, that's a plus but they did the challenging to get on top sometimes. They'll stick with you until the job's done and that's important but they're definitely challenging to get out on a fairly consistent basis.

Their service is quick and their staff is knowledgeable. They offer really good suggestions in regards to keeping pests away from your house. They have a really quick response rate as well. They do pest control specifically for bees, wasps, rodents and anything related to pests whether it be around the house or if they try to make it into the house, they provide some barriers to keep them out. But I would say that they can still improve a little bit more. I think that their price is fair in terms of the service that I was describing. I think that it is right there in the market place. It is not like I have assessed so many others but from a bargaining perspective, it seems to do what we need. So, I think that it is fine but I still wish that it was lower.

They solved a lot of problems. I have no complaints.

I thought I had roaches in the house that we possibly brought back from a recent cruise. I called expecting to schedule an appointment, but as I described the issue, their phone rep (Brooke) didn't think I was describing German roaches since they were out during the day. She offered to have me email her some pictures of the bugs, which she had identified by an expert, and called back to confirm they were only wood roaches, and I had no cause for alarm and no need for treatment. No sales pitch, just quick honest information which helped us out greatly. If I ever have any legitimate pest issues, I'll definitely call these guys!

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous, knowledgable, professional inspection. We were thrilled that it was free. We definately would call them again if needed.

We thought it was mice at first and then squirrels. At night it sounded like many animals were scurrying about our attic space. Then we noticed several large areas of our roof soffits were open with much attic insulation or the roof. We called JP Pest Services on a Monday and the next day, Scott Dillon, a wildlife removal specialist, came to our home. As soon as he entered our attic space he heard whining noises from a corner of the attic. He immediately determined that a family of raccoons had lodged in our attic. After a half hour of probing with a snare he removed three baby raccoons and a very large and angry mother raccoon. He then ascended our roof and repaired the holes in the soffits with aluminum wire barriers. These are intended to be temporary barriers until our carpenter can permanently repair all access holes to the outside. The entire removal and repair process took about 1.5 hours and the final results were well worth the cost.

The tech that came out to install all the bait stations was very professional. He explained what products he was using and why. We have an annual contract now and they have been great about following up to schedule service - we never have to chase them. Highly recommend.

It went very well. They were timely, professional and were very knowlegable in their field. It was obvious that they had years of experience. A thorough investigation was done and several options were provided to us,. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We have had JP services for a number of years. We are very satisfied and will to continue to go back to them. They are very thorough. They come out on a regular schedule. They always call a day or two before they come out to let us know what time the service rep will be here and if it will be interior or exterior. He won’t walk into the house without putting slippers over his shoes. They are very professional. We haven’t had any issues with them.

I had a warranty for this service for a year. I thought that was very reasonable. They took care of the situation with a spray and powder. All the bees were dead. I called them up and came out immediately. The man was very pleasant.

I've used JP Pest Control and they seemed to do a good job. They have been very polite and are quick. I've had no problems and will continue to use them in the future.

I think they are ok. I have a yearly service with them. They are out here four times a year as a rule.

We were very satisfied with them. I remember having one issue, I believe that we had gotten he bill even though they were not out. But when I called them on it they made good on that. I was not sure whether it was a misunderstanding or what had happened on that. I have not had any issues otherwise. The price was comparable with everybody else. It was definitely not even more. As far as price they were really good. When I had that one issue they responded right away. They were here when they would say they would be here. My dad too had issue with ants and they were very helpful with that.

They are pretty expensive but did a great job. They did everything quickly for us. They would come by every day for about a week. We have never had a problem since and also had a great warrantee.

They sprayed for wasps at my home. I have an annual service program with them and they come out two or three times and when I need them. They are excellent. The price is great because they will come out as many times as you need them.

I pay them a monthly fee and they come out quarterly. Their price was good. I would use them again in the future.

We were disappointed that he sprayed the deck when we had parsley sitting out as it was nice day. It was an honest mistake that we can't really hold against him. He was very knowledgable and did a very thorough job.
