Nathan came and set up bait traps and filled in some openings where mice were possibly getting into my home. He will return to monitor effectiveness.

Nathan arrived on time and offered a budget plan I could manage. He did a great job getting rid of my insect problem and has scheduled maintenance visit quarterly which have been by appointments that can work in my difficult schedule. He listens to what I need and adjusts to whatever is needed. He spends the amount of time needed to do a good job and explains when I ask questions so I understand what is needed.

It went great. He took special consideration because there is a baby in the house. Found the problem, tracked it to it's source and took care of it. He even found a hole where water was getting in that my roofer couldn't find. I called with some followup questions a week later and he was right there to answer the phone and my questions.

They came on time, were very professional, and did the work as promised. I would definitely hire them again.

Good. He had to come back a handful of times as the mice came back, but we were able to find a couple more entry points and seal them up, as well as re-stock traps. Since then we've been mouse free for ~6 months.

Nate has done very effective mosquito treatments for us in 2017 and 2018.

A couple of weeks ago we noticed significant wasp activity around our house, so we called Nathan at Home and Business Pest Control. As I work in engineering, I have a tendency to carefully analyze and learn options before making a decision. So I asked Nate about the exact chemical compound he would use. I was extremely pleased by his absolute openness, competence and kindness. He thoroughly explained to me all the available options, as well as their safety, until I could feel comfortable. We then walked over to the area to be sprayed, and Nathan checked it thoroughly. Then, with his characteristic enthusiasm, he remarked: "Wait ... these are not wasps. These are honeybees! They are awesome and I would never spray them." The visit was then concluded with no action, and much happiness on my part at having honeybees at home. He didn't want any payment, so I had to insist to give him a tip, to at least pay for the gas. What I found remarkable about Nathan is his passion for understanding animals and their ecosystem. He is essentially a scientist, and he pours his soul into his profession. I loved interacting with him, will hire him again, and will recommend him to my friends. The world needs more business owners like Nathan!

It has been a few months since the service was performed. The one word that comes to mind in describing the services performed is absolutely fantastic. Would very highly recommend to anyone that needs a prompt, perfect job performed.

Very well . Although the nest could not be found. So we needed to have spray inside and out called some more dollars for this.

He took the time to conduct a thorough investigation of the problem and then to apply multiple solutions to eliminate the pests both around the home and at their source.
