Called for appointment on Monday. Showed up on time at 8am next day Tuesday. Good communication, clean, neat, polite. Fast, efficient and light works great!

Each one of their visits goes very well. There is nothing they can't do:-)

They were very prompt and thorough. Some of the work was more complex than originally thought, but he figured out the right appproach. The work was professionally completed. I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional and on time. Their work was very good. We had a bunch of electricians in the house and they were very neat about it. They offer a different level of service than anybody that you just call out of the phone book. They are a little pricey but their work is very good. My husband loved them.

Minimum service charge is $100 to arrive to house, which is reasonable. I wish we had put together more things on our "to do" list in the electric department. We had no clue how to repair the socket or fuse breaker, but they did with ease, and with a smile.

They Giombetti guys (one electrician and one helper, costing a total of $100 per hour) showed up when they said that they would. I was so pleased with their work that I asked them to run some wires for in-wall speakers and also a couple of new outlets. A Deck House is the worst possible kind of house for retrofitting wiring, plumbing, or anything else (there is no basement and no attic and hardly any walls, so there is nowhere to run wires), but these guys handled the challenges gracefully.

I called, described the work and received a very rough estimate over the phone. The person providing the estimate was very hesitant to give me a price range even though I thought the work described was pretty straightforward. It didn't leave me with the greatest feeling. We booked the job for about 10 days after my call. (It was about a week before the Thanksgiving holiday and I had indicated that I wasn't in a rush). Two very polite, professional, efficient electricians showed up on time and did the requested work. When they were about to leave, I asked what I owed them and they told me that the company would send me a bill. Again, I was a little concerned about not knowing what I would be charged. The bill came a few days later and, to my pleasant surprise, was lower than the estimate I was given over the phone. I would not hesitate to use this company again. I was a little uneasy with the estimate and billing processes but now that I have had an experience with them and feel I was charged a fair price, I would probably not be as concerned in the future.

They were prompt, got the job done quick and very affordable. I will definitely use them again and again.

They were very professional from start to finish. The job ended up taking longer than they or we expected, due to the fact that it was difficult to get the wires where we wanted them. The final cost ended up being a lot higher than the $700 estimate, but the problems that arose certainly weren't the fault of Giombetti Electric. Both electricians were very polite and thorough and explained everything that they were doing, and we'd definitely use them again.

We recently purchased a house that was built in 1720, and have a barn that's not much younger. We needed to have some outlets added as well as add cable outlets, fix some wiring issues that were there when we bought the house and wire for some new fixtures. I contacted Giombetti through Angies list, was put through immediately to a service manager who estimated the job over the phone. The electricians were prompt, polite, considerate--everything you would expect from the word "professional". The work was completed when they said it would be, they cleaned up, and the cost was only $77 more than the estimate. It might be possible to find a cheaper price, but not better service. I would definitely use them again.

They came back over the winter when one of the lights went out and they showed up right away. They were very professional when they were working. They showed up on time to do the work.

Giombetti Elec. answered my preliminary phone queries with courteous and informative alacrity. Servicemen arrived about 15 minutes later than scheduled (thank goodness, since I overslept), introduced themselves, asked about, listened to and visually reviewed scope of entire job description and set to work. They were courteous, friendly, and informative about procedures and possible pitfalls regarding the wiring. They came up with a less invasive, less conspicuous and less costly way to do the new wiring in one of the bathrooms (the more difficult job), saving them time and effort and me money. And they throughly cleaned up and removed all of the plaster dust, debris and packaging materials. They were terrific, and I will definitely call them back to do my next project as soon as the custom light fixtures arrive.

The price was excellent considering all of the work that had to be done. We were very pleased with them and will have them back any time. They were on time and friendly and did a great job overall.
