I lost my heat to my home on one of the coldest days of the year on a Saturday afternoon when in the winter most supply companies close earlier. I had the broken part with me so, I could find the correct replacement. I arrived at Ferguson Enterprise parts/supply/dept in Marlboro Ma and the department was closed but, the attached Bath and Kitchen and lighting was open. I went in and I meet Betsy Torres the Showroom Manager, she was very helpful and understood my situation. Betsy made multiple in-store searches and calls to other supply companies and searches online and did not give up until she exhausted every resource she think of, she even sent text messages to many of her colleges to incorporate and pinpoint information that would help get the parts I needed ASAP. In conclusion: Any company that has someone like Betsy is a valuable asset who goes the extra mile and a people I look forward to doing business in the future and I hope others have the same experience.

The overall service there is horrible. They never call back. You sit for hours doing your work and they never call you back. All of the items we bought either came defective or missing pieces. The tubs were scratched. The units were scratched and you cannot return them. We had to install them and they were cracked. I bought a sink fixture for almost $2000 and it was missing the drains. We have been putting the pieces in ourselves and so we have been noticing the imperfections a little at a time. None of the items came in at the same time so we haven't been able to do any of the work together.
