Description of Work: I converted from oil heat/hot water. He did a great job with the project. It went as expected and it was done within 4 days. I was only without hot water for the time it took the water to heat up!!! Excellent work. I will use them for all my plumbing needs!!!

+ -1 moreMy water heater failed and F. Dolan answered the phone after hours, told me what to do and was here the next day with a new water heater. Very knowledgeable, professional and excellent service. Because of the situation, I didn't have time to quibble about price, but I would advise anyone with an older water heater to be proactive and replace it before it fails.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking water heater with new one within 24 hours.

He answered the phone immediately, showed up the same day, presented me with a choice of several different options, and did the work quickly and professionally. I hired this company exclusively for all of my plumbing needs for almost 20 years because of the service. The quality of his work is terrific and the prices always seemed reasonable. He's very knowledgeable and always gave me good advice whenever there were multiple options. He answers the phone and keeps appointments and promises.
Description of Work: The water hookups for my clothes washer failed just as I was moving out of my house. Although the cutoff valves worked, I didn't want to leave any nasty surprises for the buyers. He came over on very short notice and capped them to stop the leaks while preserving all appropriate options for the people moving in after me.
