In addition to doing an AMAZING job painting the exterior of our colonial, they did extensive and unquoted carpentry that arose during prep work. We recently bought a house that had been unoccupied for 5+ years and neglected for much longer (the inside hasn't been updated since 1963). During the painting we discovered extensive carpenter ant damage and multiple places which negated their previous quote (which was by far the best). Not only did they do all of the carpentry quickly and for a very fair price, the work is of high quality. We've had additional contractors and handy-men on site for other jobs who have inquired about the paint job - it's that good. They did one coat of oil-based tinted Benjamin Moore primer followed by 2 top-coats of BMoore. They painted out the trim, doors and bulkhead as well. I am SO impressed by the quality of their work that I am hiring them to paint the interior of the house as well. They are VERY professional and couldn't be more responsive.
