I left Elton a voicemail in the AM (with the street adress) and he called back later that day. He had already swung by the house so he could give me a quote. He quoted me $125 to clean all gutters/downspouts. He was almost apologetic, but had to charge that much due to the height. We scheduled for the following week. He couldn't make it that day (wild thunder and lightening) but called and did the work the next day (I did not need to be there). He cleaned up after himself enough that you could barely tell the work had been done. Great job!

I looked at the reviews and decided to go with this company. The other companies didn't reply. He is the one that actually showed up and did an estimate. He did a good job and I would use him again.

He did a fantastic job. We had to wait for the wooden gutters to dry out (lots of rain). He called me the first available time he could (about 1 week after conversation). That day he put in a gooseneck spout (I think that's what it's called) and about 16' of gutter. He even wrapped the gutter under my deck so that the water didn't pour onto my driveway/base of the stairs. It looks great.

Elton was very knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate before he started the work and answered all our questions. Because it has been so rainy, he had to reschedule cleaning once, but he gave us advance notice and rescheduled asap. He had to return to finish oiling the gutters since they were still wet. He did thorough work and cleaned up so you would never know he was here. He also cut back a shingle that may have been impeding the water flow in one of the gutters.

Our gutters were in miserable shape and practically at the bursting point when the last rainfall sent them and us over the edge. We literally had a waterfall coming down and blocking entry to our house! We called Elton on a Sunday afternoon, in the hopes that he would call us Monday. He called us later that day - a very pleasant surprise - and was very professional on the phone, making an appointment for the next morning, first thing. We were very pleased! He came with an assistant and immediately went to work, giving us a great quote for the gutter cleaning. He completed the cleaning quickly and cleaned up our property after, and then fixed a few problems that the previous roofing service we used left behind. He fastened the gutters where they were sagging and leaking, and even fastened a piece of metal that had come loose when the previous roofing service did their very poor installation last Spring. He only charged us $50 for all the extra repairs he made, even though they were quite extensive. We will definitely use Elton again for repairs to our property, and will regularly use him for gutter cleaning from now on. We would definitely recommend his work. There should be more service professionals like Elton Magoon!

I called, left a message, and about two weeks later, he called back. After 9pm. On a Sunday.

Excellent. Elton arrived within the warm weather window needed to clean gutters (after a recent hard freeze), on time and worked quickly. Cleaned everything up after. He was careful on the newly painted siding and took good care in general.

We called and left a message for him, asking if he was available (it was the end of the season, and our usual gutter guy had failed to show up on two separate occasions). Two weeks later, we heard back the message had been misplaced. Mr. Magoon was very apologetic. We agreed that he would come look at the house in the next few days, and, if he could clean the gutters for approximately what we had been paying in past years, he would do so and leave us an invoice. This is precisely what happened; we are very pleased with his work.

Mr. Magoon returned my call promptly and was able to schedule a time to clean the gutters within just a few days of my call. He came when he said he would, did the work and left a very reasonable bill. I wish he would have done a little more thorough cleanup of the yard but overall I was very satisfied.

Mr Magoon arrived on time for both jobs. He was very thorough and would not accept payment until the jobs were completed. My neighbor hired him to do a small roof job and was completely satisfied as well.
