Dalto and his team did a masterful job finishing our roughly 20x20 basement space. We had a number of logistical challenges but Dalto worked with us every step of the way. They did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier with the space - and the work of their team. Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a fantastic contractor!

Dalto was great; we have used them 3 times. Each time I called, they returned my calls to schedule an estimate, which in itself seems to be a major effort by many of these contractors. They were on time, efficient, and finished when they said they would. The work itself is also high quality. Several others in my neighborhood has since hired them. I would definitely recommend them.

Dalto and his team were extraordinarily professional. The project ran into a few stumbling blocks but he handled every issue with calm, confidence and above all, lots of communication. During the initial quote/proposal phase Dalto noticed several red flags in the original structure, and warned us that there was going to be an element of uncertainty with the project. Of all the contractors we spoke with he was the only one to speak candidly about what was needed to make the deck a pleasurable place to spend time in the summer. We decided to proceed and were shocked when the construction permit was pulled and we discovered that the existing deck had been built illegally by the previous owner and would not pass an inspection. There were some serious safety issues that had to be resolved ( as an example, they had to dig all new footings because the existing ones were not deep or wide enough to hold the weight of the deck). Throughout the process Dalto kept me informed about progress, schedules and timing. His team was incredibly hard working, efficient and polite. I never had to wonder where they were or what the status was. At the project conclusion we passed town inspection with flying colors. The end result is a BEAUTIFUL back deck for us to enjoy privately and a completely refreshed look at the front of the house with our new front porch. Dalto will always be my first call for any work that needs to be done. I've already referred him to 2 friends who have construction projects. I'm already thinking ahead to other projects for next year...

In the end the work was very good but there were two major points of contention. A few steps were left out. Per our understanding this was included but Dalto did not agree. In the end it cost us $2800 more than another contractor that we could have chosen. Part of the contract was to uninstall and reinstall the railings but it was a sloppy job and they were damaged and then he agreed to get them repaired and refinish them professionally.

The work went very well. The team was neat, cleaning up at the end of every day, and the patio looks fabulous.

I had asked for a quote for a concrete base, but Dalto convinced me that pavers would be a better option, and I am glad he did. The pavers will be easier to remove, if the next owner wants to remove them, and they look much nicer if someone wants to use the base as a patio. I think it is also gentler for the trees nearby. It was good advice. The work was performed on schedule and at high quality. Dalto and his crew were polite and friendly. The base looks good and seems solid. My only (very mild) complaint is that a lot of crushed rock ended up in the surrounding garden. I am now cleaning that up myself. The price Dalto quoted for concrete was higher than anyone else's for the same service. I am guessing I paid a little more than I necessarily had to for the paver version, but I am happy with the product and would do it again.

The company was professional, showed up on time, and gave us a detailed estimate for a larger landscaping project. Unfortunately, the total cost was more than we wanted to spend, so we decided not to go forward.

Hard working crews…very professional. We had a good size patio done, almost 700 square feet with a retaining wall and we also added on other small jobs. We like the outcome so far but it has been only a week tough. They broke the sprinkler head and they replaced it. The only thing I can think of is you need to ask detail questions, every little things, do your own homework…and watch out how he charges you. I would like give a A-, there is always room for improvements. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

Very happy with the retaining walls and rock wall. Very professional and pleasant crew and always punctual. Good communication and listened to our needs. Was hoping for the price we'd actually get a bit more landscaping instead of mostly hardscaping but in fairness the contract did only mention stone work, clearing and hydro-seed. Got multiple quotes before hiring Daltos. His quote offered the most work done for the pice.

It went well. The team worked fast and go it done in one day. I would have like to see a little more attention to detail, but will hire them again. Dalto is very professional and responsive.

I was overcharged. Measurements are off so (high) please verify yourself and the prep work is a scam. My driveway was already prepped but they added sandstone and I was charged $1100 extra for 1 hours work. The initial price looks great but he screws You with hidden costs. I've gotten prices since half the cost of what I paid. Angie's list gives no deals. The startout cost advertised is 1399. But when they're done the price will be doubled. Angie's list should be ashamed of themselves for putting out these bullcrap deals. I would like to say Dalton workers who are sub contractors are great people and did a good job and would hire them separately next time.

It was fabulous Came on time, worked hard, understood all the details, Answered all my questions. Was responsive, and got it done faster than I expected. All the workers were polite, careful, respectful of the space and took great pride in their work The result is excellent.

Perfect, from start to finish. Way exceeded my hopes. Dalto came out promptly to mark out my patio. He was very open to my ideas, and even accepted several changes to the design that I wanted. His crew came out a few days later, showed up right on time. Very professional and expert at their craft. My patio was finished the next day and is absolutely beautiful. Way nicer than I had even imagined! I would absolutely recommend Dalto's Construction.

Dalto and his team did an amazing job! They were all so nice and very quick. They got the whole project done within two days! I love my patio so much! I am already talking to them about possibly doing more landscaping!

He's sub-contracting to somebody else and both of them, I'm on the front and they guy so there was a little mess and I called him and he said he'll come back and so all in all it wasn't a good experience unfortunately. They came pretty much a week after that but the person who came doesn't look like the person from that company because board that was left out there after the steel coating was a different company. I have a heated driveway with a sensor and everything and I mentioned that and basically they had coated over the sensor even though I mentioned that the sensor was there and I had to replace the sensor and everything so it added more cost to me after that. So I had to fix the heating system because the sensors were all coated over. And also the coating was not done very well so I had cracks and everything on top of the car driveway the cracks were still there so that's why I called the person who left the board and told him hey you might have to come back and fix it and he said he will but he never turned up.

We started with a friendly and knowledgeable review of options and schedule. Actual work timeframe took a little longer than anticipated, but that was due to the installation site location and the need to manually move all patio blocks by hand up and around to the back of the house. Site workers were very courteous, friendly and worked neatly. We are exceptionally happy with the finished job and would hire Dalto again for other work!
