Concord Tree & Landscape

I called on Friday morning in response to an ad on Craigslist for firewood for $220/cord from Concord Tree and Landscape. I spoke with someone who said they would be able to deliver on Saturday afternoon. They stated that due to my location they would have to charge a $30. Delivery charge. That was fine. They said that they would call me before they left. I gave them both my home and cell numbers, and they asked if the number on caller ID was a good number as well. I stated that yes it was it was my cell number. No excuses that they had the wrong numbers. I was home all day Saturday except for 30 minutes in the early morning to go to the ATM to get cash to pay for the wood. I waited all day Saturday and the wood was never delivered. I understand thing may come up but I would expect a phone call and we could have rescheduled. Instead I spent my day waiting for a delivery that never came. The thing that gets me is It is a week before Christmas and I could have used the time for Christmas shopping. I also missed a niece's birthday party because I had to wait for the delivery.
