Chris was amazing. We emailed Chris on a Friday, he came out that night at 7 pm to take a look at the work. By 9 pm we had a quote. He said he could do the work the following Thursday or Friday. He coordinated digsafe. On Thursday he dropped off all equipment and on Friday morning he was here at 7:30 am to complete the work. His responsiveness was amazing. He completed the work and it looks amazing. Excavated old material out of the front of our house, built a boulder wall to even it out and filled with loam. He even came back the next day to hyrdroseed the areas of the lawn that had been damaged by the equipment. We could not be more happy with not only the work but how professional and responsive Chris was. We will probably have a lot more work that needs to get done and will definitely use Chris again.

Our experience with C R Hansen was excellent from start to finish. The owner, Chris, is extremely professional, fair, and honest. He was very competitive in quoting the job. Upon agreeing to the job, Chris was prompt with pulling all necessary permits and arranging the date of service. Unlike some companies who send out a team to do the work, Chris is hands on and is at the job site running the equipment and managing his crew. His team was hard working, respectful, and very fast. The job was to fill in my vinyl lined, inground swimming pool. The pool was surrounded by a concrete deck around the perimeter. Chris removed the liner, broke up the concrete to the appropriate size, and used it as fill. We had a few unexpected surprises during the job, but Chris responded appropriately by breaking down the situation, laying out choices, and using his best judgement to find the solution. I appreciated the fact that he kept me informed and gave me the opportunity to work with him on a solution. I also had an old shed demoed and removed from my property. After the pool and shed removal was complete, fill and loam was brought in and then my entire backyard was graded and hydroseeded. I cannot believe how fast Chris and his team worked. Our yard has gone through an unbelievable transformation. My wife and I believe Chris went above and beyond our expectations, and we are thrilled with the results. He is professional, responsive, and clearly puts quality and customer service first. We would recommend C R Hansen to anyone looking for a great job and excellent service.

Chris, the owner, was out that afternoon and was very informative on what needed to be done to remove the old lawn, regrade the landscape and how long it would take. As promised, it took a day to dig up the old lawn, add some soil and regrade the yard. Chris had coordinated the irrigation the next day and he was right back out to hydroseed. The lawn came in beautiful. I would definitely use CR Hansen Construction again and would highly recommend him.

We contacted Chris for the estimate on the patio; he was the third estimate we had received and was closest to what we were expecting to pay. Chris was responsive and the work went quickly. We are happy with the result and would recommend Chris to others.

I was having flooding issues during particularly heavy rainfall, where the rain would end up flooding the staircase and eventually making it's way through the door and into the basement. This would happen somewhat regularly during torrential downpours. Chris and his company completely redid the drainage system and replaced the old, cracked concrete staircase. Since the work was done, it has rained heavily multiple times, and there has been zero issues. The work looks great, the work was done quickly and professionally, and I really can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the work. Chris came out to take a look at the situation the same day I gave him a call. He did a great job explaining exactly what he was going to do, and was very willing to help work within my budget. I would absolutely use CR Hansen Construction again in the future without hesitation.
