Chris was prompt and did a great job of clearing the area (I had some trees removed) bringing in Fill and sufficient Loam prior to Hrydroseeding the entire area. Very Professional. I'm going to call him back to loam and seed the backyard in the fall.

I bought my house two and a half years ago with an existing inground pool that neighbors said had not had water in several years. It was in terrible condition and had many years of neglect and vegetation growing out of it. Chris came in and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. He showed up on time and got the job done in less than two days. It looks AMAZING and I could not be happier with the whole process. I would 100% refer anyone I know in need of any demo work to use them. Thanks again.

The job was done in 2 stages with the shrubs - large shrubs 6-8 feet in dia - being removed one week and the wall rebuild the following week. Each stage took a full day. All that fit into my schedule nicely. Everything went well. Chris and all his people were professional, efficient and friendly. They had all the heavy equipment (small excavator, bob cat, etc) required. They managed, as well as possible, the inevitable disruption of traffic going by the house. Chris was easy to talk to and provided advice and suggestions when the need arose.

Chris and his staff were very polite, punctual and thorough. Chris returned phone calls promptly and was helpful when explaining the work. On several occasions chris went above and beyond what was necessary, even coming back after a heavy rain to reseed a questionable spot. Make sure to ask any/all questions you have, chris can be quiet but willing to answer anything you are unsure about. A+ service, will write a follow up review once the gras begins to grow.

Excellent! There was a massive amount of concrete that needed to be removed so we were unsure how this was going to work out. Well, we could not be happier. Chris finished the job in four days. He was on the job site everyday from start to finish. He was professional, accommodating, patient with us, organized , and neat as could be. They even swept the driveway everyday. We have a 1/4 acre portion of our backyard that was unusable due to tress and excessive rocks. Multiple people told me that I would never be able to make it into a usable backyard. So I called Chris and he did the job. His bobcat was able to dig out monster sized rocks and then hammer them to small pieces. Chris was also a great communicator and kept me updated throughout the job.

They got in touch with me over the holidays, which was a good sign. The next day they had someone go over to the house and look at then pool. They gave me a quote on the same day. Overall, it was a fast and transparent experience. The whole job took 2 days.

Had an issue with a large amount of water pooling in our yard. C. R. Hansen did an excellent job excavating a trench, putting draining piping to get rid of all the excess water. Would definitely hire again.

They conducted the work promptly and professionally including all permitting. They kept in contact with us through the whole process so that we were informed of the schedule and steps.

It went very well. the price was reasonable given the pool is hard to access, the quality of work was excellent, and everything was done within a few days. I am very happy.

It is not an easy job since the pool is not easy to access for trucks. Chris is very professional and finished the work in high quality and in short time. I am very happy with it. The price was reasonable too.

Overall, great. I never recommend contractors, but Chris at C.R. Hansen is fantastic. Chris cleared out the remains of an old deck, dug out the area and installed gravel and crushed stone, poured a slab, footings, and had steps installed. Then had a 16x20 patio installed and oversaw all aspects of the work. When I had a small complaint he fixed it, no questions asked. He oversaw every detail and was the guy sweeping up at the end of the day to make sure everything was done perfectly. Chris is responsive, responsible and proud of his work, and he should be. If you want it done cheap, call around. If you want it done once, call Chris.

Excellent!! I highly recommend this company. Excellent response and follow through. Very professional. Provided suggestions as to how to make the finished area the best. Showed up on time, completed job in less time than promised -(2 days vs 3 days). Very pleased with Chris and his crew. Krystal was always helpful on the phone and always available when needed.

Very well. Prompt, professional, reliable, honored written and unwritten (verbal) estimates since I added on things after signing original contract. Informative. Gave me advice on problem areas and reasonable solutions. I am very grateful for the additional advice since it was regarding things that had not occurred to me. Highly recommend. The price was slightly higher than other estimates I received but I got far more for my money than I would have with others. It pays to do it right the first time. Advice provided was for my benefit and at no time were they trying to sell me extras. I was so pleased I have other work to be done and they did not hesitate to let me know if it was outside of their area of expertise. I am a bit hard to please so rarely take the time to rate so highly.

Chris and Krystal were great to work with! Chris excavated most of my property, about 1/2 acre, removing old trees and bushes. He regraded, added fill and topsoil and hydroseeded. He also planted 20 mature arborvitae bushes to form a hedge across part of the back yard and created a boulder-type rock wall that I will fill in with smaller stones later. He also added some interest around some immovable ledge in the front of the yard by creating a pattern with large boulders, where I will mulch. I'm going to have him come back in the fall to plant some trees and bushes.

Chris reached out via phone and showed up the same day to survey the area. He provided us with a quote and drawing within 24 hours. He is super responsive to all forms of communication. In the end we chose a contractor who had a better price but it is worth contacting him to check out your job!

Chris and his team were responsive, polite, friendly, thorough and efficient. We found Chris to be straightforward, honest, hardworking and true to his word and prideful of his job and company. We had challenges due to a severe water ban being in place and he worked through them to complete the job and meet our needs and obligations. The shed install team (separate contractor) said it was the easiest install they'd completed as the area/footings we prepared so well.

I replaced my front walkway and the plan was to replace the lawn when that was done. I found Chris via an ad in the local newspaper. He was SUPER responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Very knowledgeable about the lawn replacement process. I also wanted an irrigation install which Chris coordinated for me along with the work he was going to do, that was very helpful! While the lawn was growing he would come and take a look every once and a while to make sure all was well, along with telling me if I needed to adjust the water, etc.... We had a huge downpour that washed away some of the hydroseed, he was there to fix that right away!! Excellent service! The work was great and the lawn came in very nicely! I am still working with him for some slice seeding to give the lawn that final touch! I hope to be able to have him do other work for me in the future. Thanks Chris!!!!

Called Chris, he came over and looked at the job the same day. Set a date, showed up on schedule and completed the job. Workmanship was flawless with attention to detail.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job for me, and I would highly recommend his company. We recently purchased a house on a fairly large property that had not been maintained for several years. Chris knew everything that needed to be done, on every front to get the property looking presentable. He has a good sense of aesthetics, and was able to balance that with our practical need to have a low-maintenance property. And he executed his ideas flawlessly, punctually and cost-effectively. Now we've gone from having the worst curb appeal in the neighborhood to having the best, and my wife and I couldn't be more thrilled! Chris is very knowledgable about all things landscaping related, so he really is a one-stop shop. He is friendly, very responsive, reasonable when it comes to pricing, and honest about what work is critical to do and what isn't. You definitely want him on your short list of people, to assess the situation on your property and give a proposal.

Chris's work is excellent. The walkway is gorgeous and after only a week we already have grass growing. We've had a couple of not so responsive companies do work and give quotes so Chris's rapid responses were very appreciated. He showed up when he said he would and finished the work very quickly yet professionally and with outstanding quality. He was easy to work with and we will definitely be using him in the future. I was also happy that after he made his initial quote, I was able to ask for some plants to be transplanted and some areas mulched and he didn't sit and tack on extra costs. All in all, a very good experience.

Chris was amazing. After having a bad experience with another company being unresponsive we could not have had a better experience with Chris. We contacted him on a Friday, he was at our house at 7 pm that evening. But 9 pm we not only had a quote but we had scheduled the service for the next week. He coordinated with digsafe. The following Friday he began the work and was at our house promptly at 7:30 am. He removed 18 inches of dirt from the front of our house, filled with loam and created a boulder wall to help level the front of the house. He was back the next day to hydroseed the areas that the equipment had gone over. We could not be happier with the work, not only was it exactly what we wanted and looks amazing but Chris was a pleasure to work with. So responsive and even gave us so advice on future projects. We will definitely use him in the future.
