Overall, I am very satisfied with the finished product and my bathroom looks great. Reinaldo and his team do amazing work, and I am very impressed with the finished product. Jacqueline the office manager was also extremely helpful and always available to answer questions or help us make decisions. I was not very happy with the way we were treated by the sales manager. Pressure was applied to get us to sign a contract when he had not fully laid out our options. He was also not very good at following up with us as he said he would. Once we signed the contract we did not hear from him again for weeks. He did not make us aware of issues such as the floor we selected not being available at all in the US, or our second choice being on back order. The turn around time from our first meeting with John in sales to installation was 5 months, a far cry from the 21 days he advertised to us. Once he gave me Jacqueline's name and I began using her as my point of contact things went much smoother. She was very quick to respond and made herself available at any time (nights and weekends included) which I really appreciated. She also took the time to explain our options in better detail to us which made me feel more confident in the company as well as our decision to hire them. The website is a little misleading in terms of options and pricing and she did a great job at explaining the differences to help us make the best decision. She also did a great job communicating between her team and my husband and I about problem solving for specific requirements and issues we were trying to work around. She was really understanding and helped me brainstorm to find a solution for what we were looking for. I felt like she genuinely cared about us as customers and wanted us to be happy with the final product. That was not a feeling I got from the sales department and if it wasn't for her, I would have had a very negative experience and probably would not have gone through with the job. Despite the delay I am very happy with the final product and the company was great about checking in afterward to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them to someone looking for an affordable remodel - I would just advise you contact Jacqueline directly early on!
