This USED to be my go to plumbing service. I used to get quality service at a fair price. Once a new plumber started showing up the prices increased. I was given an estimate of $1800 for a routine job. I got two other estimates for $600 and $865 by reputable local plumbers. I donâ t appreciate being taken advantage of. The two plumbers who provided estimates did not charge a fee just for showing up. Some plumbers who charge a fee for showing up will put the fee that towards the cost of the repair. Blue Owl charges are not industry standard!!! I feel bad for all the customers leaving five star reviews who donâ t know that theyâ re being ripped off. If the job is not an emergency, do your homework and get multiple estimates before using this service.

UPGRADED WASHING MACHINE PAN AND DRAIN: Tony and his apprentice Josh were very responsive and did a great job. I was having a new washing machine installed and the pan under it was too small. The installers would not deal with it, so I did my best to get a plumber out here ASAP. Tony and Josh were out here within an hour and a half...couldn't ask for a better response than that. Apparently these pans are now required by code for apartments and condos. They bought a pan that's made for my new GE washer which is bigger than I had, but a hole for the drain pipe, and got it all set for me. Tony was very nice and I would certainly recommend their services.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, KEPT US INFORMED AS THEY WORKED, ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS , CLEANED UP AFTER SERVICE PERFORMED AND PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY HAVE OUR RECOMMENDATION

My original water filtration system had to be replaced due to age. I hired Blue Owl Home Pros to perform the work. Blue Owl Home Pros are an excellent company. The members are knowledgable, efficient and caring about the quality of their work which was performed in a timely matter. From my experience, I highly recommend Blue Owl Home Pros.

Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly, so we called Blue Owl. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful, and was able to get us scheduled that day. Caleb showed up on time, and was able to unclog the drain quickly. We were very satisfied with the service, and will definitely be using them again!
