Bernadette and her team have provided services for our family for 4 years and we could not recommend anyone more highly. She is professional, reliable and attentive to personal requirements. We especially enjoy all the personal touches that make our home feel like a showroom every time!

You know how some cleaners start off great, but gradually begin to slack off and do a worse and worse job over time? That is not an issue with Bernadette! Her team has been cleaning our house for about five years now, coming every two weeks. They consistently do a wonderful, thorough job every single time. During that period we've moved twice, and have had Bernadette do special deep cleans before putting our houses on the market, and both times our realtor has commented on what a fantastic job they did. They are also very friendly and easy to work with and have great communication skills. The price we pay is extremely reasonable for the size of our house. We feel totally comfortable with them in our house and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We love them! Bernadette and her team have been cleaning our home weekly for about 4 years. They are super careful with all our belongings. They are all professional, friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. The service is consistent and excellent. On occasion when I'd like something done differently, I text Bernadette, and she responds immediately and it's taken care of, no problems. Now, during this pandemic, they come with masks on and are sure to keep the appropriate "social distance" from our family, without it feeling weird. I work from home so I've gotten used to how to be at home while they clean. In general, they go top to bottom, from the top floor to the basement. So if I'm home, I stick to the main floor and then I move to the top floor once they are done up there. Now with the whole family home, we just do the same. On occasion in the past, I've had to be on the computer in our den the whole time, but I still wanted it somewhat cleaned. They politely asked if I wanted it done, and then quickly and quietly dusted and tidied while I worked, it was perfect. We couldn't be happier with Bernadette and her team!

We love Bernadette's house cleaning!! We have been utilizing their services for the past 7 years and absolutely love them. They are very easy to work with, professional, flexible, and do a wonderful job cleaning our house in a timely manner. If we ever need to reschedule, they always get back to us right away and are very responsive via text. They are incredibly professional, respectful, and nice. They wear masks the entire time and clean our house very well from top to bottom and leave it sparkling clean and smelling amazing. We absolutely love Bernadette's House Cleaning. We have been using them for about two years now, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Like everybody we needed to take a little break during the lockdown, but now they are back, and boy did we miss them! They are superb at what they do; as somebody else said in their review of this service, our house always looks like its best self after they have been here. They clean scrupulously, with care and efficiency, and in a house with two dogs and a cat, there is always plenty of dust etc, waiting for them. Moreover, they have learnt our ways, and do just the right type of tidying up for our personalities. We like to have books, magazines and games out, but neat, and that is exactly what we get. On the rare occasions where we want something done a bit differently, we just tell them, and they adjust right way. Lastly, a few words specifically about the current situation. Bernadette and her crew are lovely people, and a pleasure to have in the house. We typically are not leaving at the moment while they are here; we just get us and the pets out of their way as they move from floor to floor so they can do their best job. They turn up appropriately masked, and are very careful to observe social distancing protocol. And they leave everything so clean and sparking, there is no question that our house is a more hygienic place because of their visits. I recommend this service, now and always, whole-heartedly and unreservedly. I have some orthopedic disabilities, and Bernadatte and her gang give me a space cleaned the way I would if I could, and probably much better.

Bernadette's House Cleaning has been doing monthly service for me for the past 2.5 years. Every time they show up and in 45min-60min they go through every nook and cranny and leave my house spotless. They're very professional, trustworthy, friendly and detail oriented. Bernadette's was recommended to me by a friend and since then I've recommended to my friends. I've seen the work of other house cleaners from family/friends and these guys are the best I've come across.

Bernadette, Wagnel and their team have been cleaning our house for the past 10 years: everything is always sparkly clean and in order when they leave. They pay attention to details and clean thoroughly every surface. They are always happy to accommodate changes in our schedule and their communication is always clear and timely.

They do not speak English so to communicate I had to txt them and they would have it translated. Some areas where not done as requested.

Bernadette and her team are very reliable, efficient & competent. I first hired them this past summer as part of an Angie's list deal. Since I was very happy with the services they provided, they are now coming weekly to clean. She is always prompt & accommodating. She is open to any comments & if I'm not satisfied with cleaning will correct the situation. I've used various cleaning services in the past and this is by far the best experience.

The work was great. Bernadette was punctual, came with her colleague and cleaned every inch of the house for 3 1/2 hours ( 7 manhours) My house has never been so clean. Every corner and crevice was cleaned--and I had a LOT of cat hair to clean up. I will definitely call her again.

I contacted Bernadette along with multiple other cleaning services to perform a move in clean of our new home. I was impressed with Bernadette's responsiveness and easy to work with approach. The move in clean was super value and we then took up services for cleaning every second week, which quickly became every week. The house is so clean and we feel spoiled every day the team come through. They care for our belongings and not only clean but spruce our home up as if its going on show. We are thrilled with the service and will retain weekly cleaning. Always punctual, easy to contact and reach and able to be flexible when we need help.

Bernadette was great. We had a mix up about the address but Bernadette acted quickly to get to our place. She and her partner spent hours scrubbing our house. They worked very quickly and did a really nice job. I plan to have them clean our house on a regular basis. Prices are very reasonable.

I was planning my daughter's HS graduation party, and bought a deep cleaning from Bernadette's on Angie's list. They contacted me the next day to schedule an appointment, and could do it on the day I needed it. I was not at home when they did the cleaning, my husband was. He said they were very professional and were done in about 2.5 hours. When I arrived home the house was in great shape. I had asked that they clean kitchen bathrooms, and all the common rooms (not bedrooms). The bathrooms and floors were done very well. The hardwood floors looked better than they have in a while. They were able to clean the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom better than I have (I need to find out what they use!). Overall I was really happy with their service. I would definitely hire them again.

The team did a great job! Each person was thorough, attentive, courteous and Bernadette was easy to deal with for scheduling and our special requests.
