+ -1 moreThey were fine. I never had them back. I think they did an okay job. They were okay but not the best ever. They were okay and I would recommend them. Their price was a little above average. The quality of work was good. Their responsiveness was good. They came when they said. Their professionalism was fine. I haven't used them again but I guess I will use their services again in the future. I think that they were good. That's what I came across. They were good.

+ -1 moreAna and her team are amazing. We were in need of a house cleaner. Ana came out to provide an estimate, she was all business and very professional. I felt very comfortable with her immediately. We agreed to a price and start date after an initial walk through. Ana's team arrived today and our house has not been this clean in years. We are all pleased with how thorough the team was and how incredibly clean all of the rooms are. We would highly recommend Ana and her team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional house cleaning team.
Description of Work: Cleaned the entire house, dusting, moving items to get all surfaces clean, new linens on all beds, floors mopped and kitchen and bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.

Description of Work: I have used Ana's for 15 years. They are very reliable, never having missed a Wednesday appointment. They don't always show up at the same time, but it is always in the morning and it is not important to me. The price is in line with what my friends pay. The house is spotless when they leave. Most importantly for me, they are flexible - sometimes I don't need a room done but want the fridge cleaned, and they are alsways to happy to do whatever it is I want. They will stay longer to do more if needed. a treat for me is that they clean, iron and change the sheets. When I make a request it is always handled. They will come on a different day if I ask or have company coming.
