I lost power today while my cleaning ladies were here, next thing I know another crew member came to the house and went to the basement to fix! Cleaning angels go above and beyond! So appreciate these ladies!

For two and a half years I have struggled as a caregiver to maintain a previous level of cleanliness in this older home. So I reached out to Cleaning Angels to see if they could help relive at least one level of stress. The deep cleaning was far beyond my wildest dreams. Our home is the cleanest it has ever been. Cleaning Angels has been cleaning my house every 2 weeks for several years now. I LOVE THEM! They are amazing at their jobs, flexible when needed, and very reasonable in price.

Before hiring Cleaning Angels in 2010, Jennifer visited my home for a walk-thru and to learn what level of cleaning would be required. I have been using their services for 9.5 years, and was obviously very happy with them, being a long-term client. There was always a one-hour window provided for arrival time, and for the most part was as expected, and only varied slightly if/when new cleaners were assigned when necessary. And Jennifer was also very flexible whenever I needed to reschedule. I am moving out of the area and am therefore discontinuing the service, but recommend Cleaning Angels to anyone looking to have someone else do the work!

Cleaning Angels exceeded expectations. We used their services when staging our home for sale, and throughout the viewing and open house process. We even hired them one last time to treat the buyers of our home to a spotless house when they moved in. Jennifer and Rodrigo are very punctual and responsive and very easy to deal with. Rodrigo even brought us some delicious, fresh eggs from his chickens! Our only regret is not using them all along while we were living in the house.

We used cleaning Angels for around 2 years before moving away from Worcester. My wife and I were consistently happy with the cleanings, and were sad to lose the service as part of moving. The ladies always did a great job, were friendly and professional. Jennifer was responsive and flexible when it was necessary to reschedule. The price was good as well. I gladly recommend them to anyone in the Marlboro area needing a regular cleaning service.

I used Cleaning Angels for about 6 years to do bi-weekly cleanings of our home. It's always a difficult decision to trust anyone with a key to your home and to regularly be in it when you aren't home. I called other places, but immediately had a very positive impression of Jennifer, the owner. She came in person to my home to do an initial assessment and she was always accessible and responsive with special requests and schedule changes. The ladies who cleaned our home always did an excellent job and I highly recommend this service provider if you are interested in a reliable, professional, and reasonable cleaner that you can trust without hesitation.

It goes well. The individuals who clean are very thorough, best house cleaning I have ever had, very polite and very conscientious.

Jennifer and her crew did a wonderful job cleaning our house. She was timely and professional, meeting me at our home for a walk through and emailing me a quote quickly. She was able to work around my schedule and then, when there were contractor delays, her team was able to work around them and even returned when they were unable to complete the job because the contractor had not finished. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Jennifer and her crew are a pleasure to work with. Everyone is sweet and professional and I've never seen harder workers. I am driven to post this review after the deep cleaning they did on my parent's home of 30 years. When I walked into the house after Cleaning Angels had been there all day I almost burst into tears. The house was spotless. They went above and beyond any of my expectations. Trustworthy, professional and kind (even to my barky annoying dog).

I have it monthly since then. They do a deep cleaning first. That's the way they like to do it which is fine. The deep cleaning was great but I don't need someone frequently and so they did agree that they would just come monthly for me. October 1 is an approximate date as I don't remember the exact date. It was expensive the first time because they were here all day. It's a fair price. It's a little more than I can afford actually but for the work they do it's probably an A. You do get good value with them and even though it's a little out of my budget, they do great work. They do a great job. They're very professional.

Very professional. They charge by the job, not by the hour. Once the deep cleaning was done and my team--two people-- learned the routine, they are able to do the job in less than two hours most times. They send the same two people each week, which I prefer. They are very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

They do a good job. Sometimes things are not put back exactly in the right place. They pick everything up and move and clean underneath and then when they put it back it's not necessarily the exact same place.

Can't possibly say enough good. Jennifer was professional and prompt getting us a bid and then worked a miracle to get us into her schedule asap as we are having company soon. The women who did the cleaning (2) were truly angels. More than a decade of cursory-only cleaning in a house where I raised 3 kids and multiple dogs meant this was a BIG, labor intensive job. They arrived on time and cleaned like madwomen all day, calling in a third woman in the afternoon so they could finish in one visit. Every piece of furniture was moved and cleaned behind/under. Every surface washed and polished. Nothing broken. Everything back in the same places. Very dedicated to excellence. The place absolutely sparkles. It was unbelievable how thorough they were. And I'm picky. We will happily have the Angels every two weeks now so it never gets out of hand again. Outstanding value for the money!! The manager, Jennifer, does a superb job running the service. She has a wonderful team of ladies that come to my residence every other week to thoroughly clean the home. Every visit for the past year, my primary person is Cleusa, who is very professional, conscientious and trustworthy. This has been one of my best hires via Angie's List. I highly recommend to everyone!

We've been using cleaning angels for about 3 years now. The women who clean our house are great, wonderful attention to detail and I always appreciate their hard work. When we moved to a new house recently, Jennifer scheduled in a deep cleaning - they were there well until the night and charged an extremely reasonable price. I dont' know what I'd do without Jenifer and these wonderful women!
