Jill and her team are very thorough. Jill is easily accessible and responsive via email and phone. We have been very pleased with the service.

My mother-in-law was looking for a house cleaner and I found Cleaning Angels on Angies List with excellent reviews. My mother-in-law met with jennifer and loved her! They agreed on every other week cleaning. They don't begin for a couple of weeks but they did do the deep cleaning and my mother-in-law was thrilled!!!! They showed up on time and did a fantastic job...and my mother-in-law is a cleaning fanatic and she was beyond happy with the job they did!!! She is looking forward to having Jennifer begin the biweekly cleaning and she just loves her:)

There were two people who did the job. They were very friendly and cleaned the house in very much detail. They were very considerate of our son (15 month old) running around in the areas they were cleaning and were actually entertaining him too! We wanted to shampoo the carpets also but unfortunately they did not have the equipment to do it. Overall they did a great job.

They arrived on time at exactly 8 A.M. and were gracious to ask where they can start for our convenience. They started downstairs while I got the kids ready to leave. They thoroughly cleaned the house, including heating boards, doors, floors, countertops, fans, under the beds just to mention a few. I was very impressed at how clean they can make the house, although my house is not very dirty I have never deep cleaned it and I could see the difference. Elizangela rearranged the furniture to give the rooms a different and beautiful look. They did ask me if I minded them rearranging the furniture and I said no. My son was so I press with his room he did not want his friends to play in there and mess it up. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. They spent 9 hours and the house was amazing.

It went well! They did a good job and everything was clean. We were happy!

They arrived on time (8 am, the earliest I could get my family out of the house). We do have a smaller house and only one bathroom, but they were here until nearly 3:30 and really did a phenomenal job. I have never had anyone spend so long cleaning my bathroom before (actually I was kind of mortified that it could possibly be that dirty). They wiped down my kitchen cabinets - inside and out. The floors are so clean, we're sliding on them. Seriously. They also cleaned inside my kids closets, which I truly did not expect anyone to do, ever. The closets, maybe I should explain, are more like crawlspaces under the eaves, but even the regular closet that is filled with toys had all the blocks neatly stacked after they were done. We'll definitely use them again as soon as we set up a bi-weekly schedule. I also really like that I can email, call or text the owner. She confirmed via text that they were coming the next day, which greatly eased my mind. Communication was great!

When they arrived today, it was a little after 11 with only 2 people. The workers were notified that they could work all day at their own pace. I don't know if they were slow or it was just dirty. The reason I am unhappy, is that they came 3 hours after the original agreement, that they only sent 2 people, instead of 3 and then expected me to be here all day with them until 8 or 9 at night. Also, I was not asked if it would be okay that they could be there all night. It was very disorganized. It has wasted my day and plans. The cleaners were nice and pleasant and very professionalism. UPDATE 2/19/2013 I feel the service provider's repsonse was self-serving. Her response does not reflect the situation. She did not communicate clearly with me and did not ask me the proper questions. Ultimately, she did not meet my needs as she didn't know what they were because of communication.

Jennifer kept me updated of any changes to the schedule - I was on a tight deadline and her team were due to be here at 8am, however, due to car toubles they arrived 45 mins late. For me that was an intial concern, however, her team soon got to work very quickly and by 11am I was able to take photos of the property interior of the kitchen and living area - they did a superb job bringing these up to a good condition for me to take photos. However, this is where good customer service excels! Jennifer came over to look at their work and she was not thrilled they had missed cleaning the inside of the refrigerator so she came over again at 8am the next day and spent 2 hours (at no extra charge) with another two members of her team and PERSONALLY did this herself, also cleaning inside the oven again - the interior of the house looked amazing. She was great and the open house on Sunday was a huge success. (the house sold and closed in 4 days!). I gave a B for punctuality just because of the car troubles and a B for quality only due to the fridge being missed; just as a point of accuracy information purposes, however, I would highly recommened Jennifer and her company based on their responsiveness to both of these areas and also the quality of their work.

I originally contacted Jennifer for a one-time cleaning that I wanted done after we had quite a bit of work done inside the house. We were looking for someone to come in and do a deep and thorough cleaning of the entire house. Jennifer was incredibly responsive to my outreach and very easy to deal with. She quickly arranged to get us an estimate and explained what the work would entail. We decided to go ahead with the cleaning, and I could not have been happier with how things turned out. Rodrigo and his crew showed up exactly on time and were there for more than 6 hours. When I came back to the house, they had cleaned literally every surface in the entire place. The thoroughness was remarkable and exceeded my expectations. We were so pleased with them that we immediately decided to have them continue cleaning our house once a month going forward. We have now been using their services for several months and I am extremely satisfied with the job they do. Additionally, I have found Jennifer, Rodrigo and all of their staff to be professional, courteous, and friendly.

They arrived on time, and started to work immediately. They brought their own supplies and only asked that I have paper towels and trash bags on hand. They checked in to make sure I was happy with the work and to ask if I had any specific things that needed to be done. They were very thorough and you could eat off the floor when they finished! I hired them to clean weekly and I am happy I did! Jennifer is excellent at getting back to me when I need to change days or times and she always checks in to see if I need any special things done.

The service has gone well overall. They’ve come out four times so far, and they’ve done a good job! I plan to continue using them in the future.

I recently purchased my townhouse from a eldery woman who had lived in it for 30 years. I wanted the walls and woodwork thoroughly cleaned. I called Cleaning Angels after seeing their reviews here. Jennifer answered the phone which I found refreshing after leaving messages elsewhere with no response. We set up a time for an estimate, who to expect and at what time. Rodrigo arrived promptly and called from my driveway to identify himself before knocking on my door. He did a thorough walk through, examining every wall, asking specifically what I wanted done. This took approximately 30 minutes. He gave me an estimate of the time to complete the job and said Jennifer would email an estimate of cost, which she did promptly. Once we agreed to the price, Jennifer set an appointment that fit my schedule. Rodrigo and his assistant arrived promptly as stated and went right to work. They brought their own supplies and equipment. They work steadily until lunch time and returned promptly to complete the job. It took the two of them 8 hours to completely wash the walls, doors and woodwork. Moving and replacing furniture and closet contents as needed. Upon completion Rodrigo said they would be happy to return and do monthly maintenance if required but there wasn't any pressure to book additional services. The estimate of time and cost was met with no additional fees. As I continue to settle into my home I have considered other jobs to have the Cleaning Angels back to do.

epinWe have had a wonderful experience with this housecleaning service. After our initial inquiry, communication was prompt and very courteous. We requested a quote for cleaning our apartment on a biweekly basis, and we found the price to be very reasonable. We scheduled an on-site visit to refine the quote and ever since then the cleanings have been like clockwork. Very reliable and professional. Most importantly, it's obvious that the Cleaning Angels service takes great care in their cleanings. Every surface shines when they are through. They have worked around our two dogs, various house guests, and our schedule with no problems. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great experience from start to finish. Jennifer was very responsive, never had problems reaching her over phone or email in comparison with several other providers who never even returned our phone calls inquiring for estimates. She and her husband's team which came to do the cleaning were all very punctual and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning our house from top to bottom with great attention to detail. Light fixtures to floors, everything shines and smells great. We're extremely happy with the quality of the work. Our kitchen appliances look brand new, I didn't know it was even possible to get them that clean after years of use!

The Cleaning Angels did a wonderful job, when they came to do the "deep cleaning" they really did do a deep cleaning. I didn't expect all the light fixtures to be taken down and washed & windows to be washed. They cleaning everything from top to bottom, They even took apart the floor fan to clean the dust off the blades. They cleaned the kitchen from top to bottom, my stove top looks brand new. Took down light bulbs in the bathroom to wash them. Jennifer's team was amazing. I am a clean fanatic. I kept telling my husband no one is going to clean this house like I do, I'm a clean fanatic, he kept saying give them a chance. I'm glad I did I can say they did a fantastic job, there is nothing I feel I need to clean or wash. The deep cleaning is worth every penny. It was like doing my fall cleaning, which I don't have to do now. Jennifer's husband and crew worked their butts off for 7hrs on a hot, muggy day. Very professional this is an amazing company. I would recommend to anyone they do a fantastic job.

Jennifer came out on Friday to give me an estimate for the top to bottom cleaning. I originally wanted the finished basement done as well but then later changed my mind. She was willing to adjust her estimate accordingly. My new home is spotless! They did a very thorough job, were thoughtful, friendly, and very hard working. I'm not sure they ever took a break! They were there from 7:15am to 5:30pm. The only thing that wasn't done, which I literally just found today and didn't contact Jennifer, were a few of the blinds in the bedrooms, laundry room, and kitchen were not dusted. Other than that, they did a fantastic job and I would definitely consider them if you're moving into a new home and want it spotless!

Jennifer and her team of Cleaning Angels are great! Being a self-proclaimed "clean freak", I wasn't sure if I would be able to find someone who would give as much attention to detail as myself, but I definitely have. I really look forward to the days I know they are coming and it is so nice to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about it anymore!At first, Jennifer came to look at our house and give me an estimate. She was very professional and worked with me to design a plan which would fit within our budget, which I really appreciated. Next, she explained to me that the first cleaning would be a deep cleaning, which would be more costly than the regular maintenance cleanings thereafter. While I do understand that some extra things need to be done the first time, that is the only minor thing I wish could have been a little more budget friendly.After my first cleaning, Jennifer promptly emailed me to get my feedback and she made it a point to address my comments during the next cleaning. I really value the personalized touch I get from Jennifer and her team and their willingness to tailor the cleaning by focusing on the areas most important to me. I am very satisfied with the housecleaning service I receive from Cleaning Angels. Jennifer and her team are reliable, punctual, and professional. I can definitely see myself working with Cleaning Angels for years to come!

They were unbelievable -- cleaned every single surface -- of almost the entire house (they did a walk-through before hand to know what areas needed to be cleaned and to give us an estimate). It's like a new house. Higher estimate than others but I knew that this service would do the most thorough and complete job and they did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Jennifer and her team clean our house weekly. After the initial deep clean appointment , our home was cleaner than it had been in years and we were impressed by their thoroughness. Everything was moved, dusted/cleaned and put back in place. For the weekly cleaning, whether someone is home or not, they clean our home thoroughly and to a consistently high standard and the amount charged is very reasonable. While the other team members can vary (usually 3-person team), Jennifer is always there and that consistency is important to us. We have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home, one toddler and no pets. We need dusting and vacumming, cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen. Everyone gets right to work and the weekly clean takes about an hour an a half. They always arrive on the day and within the time window we agreed upon and Jennifer will always respond to a text if I want to confirm actual arrival time in advance. We consider this agency pleasant, professional, very capable, and trustworthy.

They are excellent. Jennifer does a wonderful job and her staff is excellent. They are very responsive to specific needs. Not only they do a great job cleaning but if you have special projects for them to do, have them do a room clean-out or some extra special cleaning jobs, they’re very good with not just cleaning but room clean-out. They are absolutely trustworthy.

I've lived through so many bad experiences I was ready for another one. What a wonderful surprise to finally have the work done right. They come in as professionals (ususally a team of 3), partition the work for time efficiency, and are very detailed. Window sills, floor and ceiling edges and corners, ceiling fans and lighting are all dusted or cleaned. Floors look clean again. I have a very intricate chandelier that was missed for over a year by other cleaners that is shining bright and spotless after Jennifers team did their work. We had one surprise where the first cleaning which usually takes 1/2 day and was quoted, I was asked to pay $100 more when complete. First reaction not knowing this team was that I was getting scammed. But after realizing how bad the past housekeeping service was with the details I mentioned above meant it took them longer than they thought it would. So it was fair of her to ask for the additional money. They are friendly, and responsive to changes as we've needed them. My daughter worked very late one night and was sleeping in when they arrived, so they replanned their work to touch her room last and let her sleep. Would highly recommend Jennifer and her team!

They said that they also do the offices. I have a business and they asked me if they could clean my office building. I said no because I rent and they take care of that so I have nothing to do with it. They do anything else that I ask them to do. If I need anything additional, they do that too. They clean my windows and they wipe the walls. They help declutter disasters. I am satisfied with them. I have had them for three or four years now and I've never had any problems with them.

Excellent job, timely & well done.

They come every month, twice a month. I know they do window cleaning, but I don't have them do it. I'm satisfied with their work. The house gets clean and I think their price is pretty good. I will use them again in the future. They are punctual; sometimes I think they are here early.
