This provider is very efficient, reliable and prompt. We talked to a number of providers and decided on this one because of Jennifer's promptness. A number of providers did not get back to us or were too particular regarding scheduling. Jennifer and her co-workers have continued to provide excellent service and the house is spotless after they leave. They also always let us know of any scheduling changes.

The business owner responded quickly to my inquiry, came out once for a quick initial assessment, then several days following that, two of her female crew came out for the initial clean. They cleaned everything (including behind kitchen appliances) and straightened as they went. One of the initial two women comes consistently twice a month and does a wonderful job, including things I really don't expect her to do, like straightening and folding clothes I've left out. She washes floors and surfaces, vacuums (including furniture), dusts and straightens throughout. The kitchen and bathroom sparkle, I feel dust-free, the place smells wonderful and looks tidy when she's done. I highly recommend Cleaning Angels.

I was looking to start having our house cleaned bi-weekly. I have never used a cleaning service before, so of course I went to Angie's list to find a great house cleaning service! I was not disappointed with my search. I had priced a few companies, but decided on Cleaning Angels. Their prices seems to be on the higher end of the range than some other companies, but on par with many of the ones I looked at, and they had received far better reviews, so I figured it was worth the price. I called Jennifer and scheduled an estimate for that weekend. She was very prompt and professional. She looked around the house and asked some questions and emailed me a quote the next day. She said that she always starts with a "deep clean" of the house prior to beginning a regular cleaning service. I had never had anything like that done, and with 2 small children it seemed like a great idea! She quoted me $325 for the deep clean and $105 for a bi-weekly cleaning. Her team arrived the following weekend for the deep clean. They were on time and professional. I was to provide only a few cleaning items and trash bags, paper towels etc.. which I felt was very reasonable. I left the home for the day as not to be in their way. It took them 8 hours (I really didn't think my house was all that "dirty" to require 8 hours!!!) to complete the deep clean. When I arrived back home the place was SPOTLESS!! They pulled out all the furniture to vacuum and mop behind/around and cleaned behind the fridge and did the floors of my linen closets etc? It was immaculate. And it smelled heavenly. So clean and fresh. As a working mother of two children, it was a dream!! She now cleans every other week for me and I have to say it is wonderful. I try and pick up all the toys and clutter the night before, just so they can dean and do what they need to do rather than spend time "picking up" junk. They always fold any stray laundry and put away any toys that are left out. They wipe down my plastic binds and empty trash cans (to include my diaper pail!!!) and the house looks great. I love coming home from work after I know they have been there. It is so relaxing to walk in to a clean, fresh smelling house (that of course last about 2 seconds before the kids are into everything, but I'll take it!)

It went great! I hired them after I decided to stop using another service, due to unsatisfactory results. Jennifer and Maria did a whole-house deep clean and did a great job. They spent about 6 hours on the initial cleaning, and it showed. I've been using them since February and am very happy. They don't clean two small bedrooms at my request, because we never use those rooms. Maria provides a special touch (see picture). I feel like I am coming home to a fancy hotel!

Fantastic service, prompt communication, super professional and reasonable rates. What else can you ask for?

Back in June I contacted the Cleaning Angels to get pricing on some housework I wanted to have done. The owner, Jennifer, answered the phone and arranged to come out to meet with me to go through the house. She arrived on time and asked a lot of questions during the walk through. She said she would send me some pricing in the next couple days and we could go from there. I received the pricing that night. The cost of the deep cleaning was $300 (which I thought was fair given the work we discussed) and the bi-weekly work would be $100. Considering how long it would take me to do the same work, I felt that the time savings for me was well worth the $100. I thanked her for doing everything she said she would do and accepted her pricing. She offered to do the deep cleaning that very next Saturday but I was not available. We scheduled it for July and began the bi-weekly 2 weeks after the deep clean. They have been coming in every 2 weeks ever since. In times we've needed to communicate, Jennifer is very open to doing so via phone calls, emails and even text messaging. I appreciated the flexibility. They do a very thorough job. The crew is professional, courteous and very pleasant. I would strongly recommend them for your housecleaning.

I received a call back promptly, setup a time to meet the owner so she could see the apartment and give me an accurate quote. The cleaners showed up on time, a man and a woman, they got right down to business and 2 hours later the apartment never looked so clean. My wife and I do our best to keep a tidy home but we both work two jobs and around the holidays things can get away from us. So, as a birthday gift to my wife I hired Cleaning Angels and I'm sure glad I did. Not only did everything go great with the company and the cleaning but my wife was so happy when she came home from work to the cleanest our house has ever been. Worth every penny as far as I'm concerned.

I contacted Cleaning Angels through Angies List and the owner called me within a few hours. She set up a time to come meet with me. She was very professional and very nice as we walked around the house. She sent me a quote quickly and the price was very reasonable. They did a fantastic job and were extremely thorough. I have since signed up for bi-weekly cleanings and are very happy with their service. Our first cleaning went very well. I was very happy with the attention to detail and with how clean everything looked. When they were done, I didn't have to go around the house and put things back in their place. Am looking forward to our continued cleanings.

I showed her what I wanted cleaned, and let her know that I was single, and noone else lived in my unit besides me. I was looking to have my unit professionally cleaned. She went with me through my unit, and we talked about what I wanted done. She said she would give me a quote within the next two days. She sent me a quote that Sunday (Feb 9) through email, saying that a deep clean would be $250 and to clean my unit bi-weekly would be $100 each time. I thought these prices were extremely high considering the unit is brand new, and it is not that dirty considering I am one person. I responded to her e-mail to ask to talk on the phone regarding these prices. I didn't receive a response, so I left a voice mail, and text, and again no response. She never got back to me which I felt was extremely unprofessional. I also feel her prices are outrageous when the unit is in good shape, and a previous housecleaner charged me $100 to do a deep clean. Jennifer was not willing to budge on her prices and clearly showed a lack of professionalism by not getting back to me. I would not recommend her in the future.

Three amazing women just left after spending 5+ hours cleaning for a deep clean. Meticulous cleaning - even behind the stove. I wish I did this a year ago! Looking forward to having them back on a regular basis. Pricing is very fair.

Everything was exceptionally clean even beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend their work.

I first met with the owner, Jennifer, to walk through the house and point out what needed to be cleaned on a regular basis. It was agreed to start out with a "deep clean", which took 4-5 hours, serviced by a different couple, and at a higher rate - they were very nice and efficiently cleaned everything. After that, there have been 3 visits - all of which have been satisfactory.

The Cleaning Angels do a very good job. Everything is cleaned each time they come. There are spots that are missed, the bathroom floor is not as clean as I can get it. There are items that do not get "noticed": hand marks on the edges of doors, dust on the walls going up the stairs, but if I point them out, they are cleaned and kept clean. I am very pleased with their work and will use them for some time to come. I am happier with them than I have been in some time with a cleaning company. They are the second company that I have found on Angie's list to clean my home. They are much better than the last and I like them very much.

We have been working with the Cleaning Angels now for several months. They come every week to clean our 6 room/ 1 bathroom cape. They do a fantastic job- it is a wonderful experience to come home after they have been here. They are very reliable, responsive and professional. We are very happy with them and highly recommend their services. We gave them a 'B' for price because their rate is higher than what we have paid in the past for a larger home. However, they are very thorough.

I called Jennifer and we set up an appointment for her to come give us a quote. Jennifer was very professional as we went thru our house. She emailed me a quote later that afternoon for 325.00. Jennifer arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the day of the initial cleaning with two other women. They cleaned from 8-2:30 and our house looked and smelled great when they were finished. We have decided to try them every other week and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Nice job.

The quote process was quick and painless. We followed up with a few emails. The crew arrived exactly on time this morning and were just warm and wonderful. Very polite and professional. Everything smells and looks terrific! I will absolutely use them again.

It is great! They are fabulous! I love them. The deep clean was around $225-275. The maintenance cleaning is $110. I feel the price is reasonable for this area. They spend about 5 hours if one person comes, but it depends on how many people come out. They can get it done quicker with 2 people. They are always on time! The owner is Jennifer is very responsive with either text or email. She is flexible to any changes needed due to your schedule. I’ve never made a change too last minute, but she has always been accommodating.

Jennifer quoted the job and four women came out to do the work. It was a fixed price job and they were here as long as it took. They helped me with other tasks other than cleaning as well. I definitely got more than my monies worth. It was great! They were all fabulous!

Could not be more pleased. I love to come home after the " Angels" have been to my house. Even all my daughters stuffed animals are all having a little party on her bed. They are all lined up and organized. The attention to detail is amazing. The house even smells clean. I would definitely recommend them!!!

My mother-in-law is currently using these cleaners and is extremely pleased with them...and she is hard to please! They show up on time and do a wonderful job. She is very picky about her cleaning so they do a great job to make her happy:)
