Cleaning Angels

Very professional staff, always on time, do a great job. First time they come they do a full house thorough cleaning at a higher price (6 to 8 hours) and then they come every other week and maintain it. Well worth it. $110 every other week for our 3000 sq. ft. house, 4 beds, 2.5 baths. Highly recommend them.

Jennifer came and gave us an estimate. She is very professional. She asked whether we had preferences for cleaning products and if there were areas that we did or did not want cleaned. The cleaners themselves are kind, efficient and thorough. Thiago is especially good about putting me at ease when I am hovering. We have them come every month and every time, without fail, my husband and I are impressed by their work. Jennifer is easy to reach by email and responds quickly to questions. I even had to reschedule one week and it was a breeze. As a company, they are reliable, professional and very good at what they do.

It was fairly expensive. She told me whatever it is, it is, they aren't going to change the quote. I just couldn't do it. It was going to take a long time to clean my whole house and I just didn't want people to be in my house all day and half the night. I thought she was professional and had been doing this. I just felt in my heart that my house would sparkle and would shine. It was just inopportune for us at the time. That does not mean I will not call her in the future.

I enjoyed having Cleaning Angels do a bi weekly cleaning of my home. My circumstances changed and I couldn't afford it anymore. I hope to use her again in the future.

This company is definitely worth having. The same ladies showed up every other week and did a great job cleaning my house. They always showed up on time and were very efficient. Communication was very easy with the owner through email and text.

This woman was completely unresponsive to me. I have a very small cape (1000sq ft) which is quite clean to begin with but I am selling the house so I wanted a professional clean. The quote was very high - $350 without doing inside appliances or outside of windows. She was also not going to have to clean the master bedroom. I didn't even mind paying the price if they would do a good job and it was a one time thing, but she was impossible to communicate with. This is a super stressful time as I am trying to put my house on the market and to have her never answer her phone or reply to texts or emails was extremely frustrating and stressful. When I told her I really need a response and to set up an appointment she texted saying "At times I get side tracked due to unexpected situation". What?! Unprofessional. I am stressing out about timing this right to list my house and she's just getting sidetracked so she can't answer her phone or respond to a message. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING AN ESTIMATE WITH THIS UNRELIABLE SERVICE.

At the end of the walk thru, Jennifer wouldn't give me the estimate in person. She said she would have to give me the estimate by email. I told I didn't have an email. She mentioned she would write to me instead. I didn't want her to write a letter. I just wanted her to give me a call. What I am really upset about is that I wanted the estimate in person right then and there. I don't think it's fair for them to walk through my home and then not give me the estimate at that time. It takes a lot of time to schedule the appointments and to take individual people through the house. I felt that she should have told me upfront that she wasn't going to give me the estimate that day.

The team is pleasant and professional and we are consistently happy with the results. Jennifer is responsive to emails and requests regarding details.

The company was very good in getting back to me and setting up an appointment for an estimate. The young lady that came to my home was very professional, courteous and respectful. The price was just too high for me. I have since purchased a deal from Angies List for less than 1/3 of that price.

Professional, punctual, attention to detail and most importantly for us is the ability to customize everything from frequency to products used and special needs like ovens & base boards. A great experience for our family!

Cleaning Angels is awesome! We have been using them for almost 2 years and they always do a fabulous job every time despite our 2 small children constantly leaving toys and clutter out everywhere. Jen is very helpful and always responds quickly whenever we have a question or concern. Go with Cleaning Angels and you won't be disappointed!

They worked hard & did an excellent job. I was very pleased. No complaints at all.

Appointment was scheduled extremely promptly.. only waited a few days. The team arrived on time and went right to work. They were very good, cleaned everything paying attention to all the details. Had a deep cleaning by another company last year. Cleaning Angels did a far better job and was so very pleasant to work with ... from the first contact to finishing the work.

So pleasantly surprised the effort made to thoroughly clean my house from top to bottom. Furniture moved, under beds, all around the washer and dryer. First time being so impressed with how my house was cleaned.

Terrific! I gave this service to my daughter for a birthday gift to have her house cleaned before her new baby comes. She was delighted.

They did a very fine job. Very thorough.

They’ve been great. They were very good about following any instructions if we have something out of the ordinary. They have been very good about using our cleaning supplies and recommending cleaning supplies that work for them and for us.

I have some chemical sensitivities and am allergic to dust, and so we are unable to have our home to be cleaned with chemicals. She came out on a Saturday at the last minute and she was just fantastic! She did an outstanding job and was exceptionally thorough. As someone who rarely gives out perfect 10's, she definitely is a 10!

EXCELLENT! When we bought this house, we saw a lot of potential, but upon moving in, we realized the previous owners did not clean anything well over a period of years. Cleaning was like peeling an onion; just about the time you thought you had it clean, you found something else, somewhere else. Enter the crew from the Cleaning Angels, and now we have a new house! They spent nearly 8 hours covering everything from lighting fixtures to window sills and floors - corners and behind things, too - and ceiling fans. They tackled the bathrooms and kitchen, and got to things we would not have been able to reach. I have a bad back, and I thought I'd never be able to get to some of these places. The crew got it done! They used the products they needed, and they worked diligently and with great, friendly attitudes. We've used cleaning services for nearly 10 years in other places, and this experience was, by far, the most productive and pleasant experience we've ever had. We will be using their service for bi-weekly cleanings.

Cons: the ladies are here on time (give of take 30 mins) and spend between an hour and two and a half hours scrubbing, vacuuming and dusting our two-story house. Sometimes there are 2 and sometimes 3 ladies. They leave the house clean-smelling and spotless! The quality has been consistent and I've never had a cancelled service. Suggestions for improvement: it's taken a while for the ladies to remember every single thing that we wanted cleaned/not cleaned. After I emailed the owner, it's worked great. Maybe they need to make a checklist? Just a suggestion. On the whole, my house has never been cleaner! Also, they didn't have much availability/ flexibility for the time of the service -- it was basically, this is the day and time we have, take it or leave it. Maybe they are just growing and maxing out their resources.

Jennifer runs a very professional, friendly cleaning service. Her staff is friendly, efficient, and does a great job cleaning our home. I have been so pleased with the work, that I referred them to my son who is now going to use Cleaning Angels to clean his home. Thank you Jennifer and thanks to your wonderful staff!

I have been using the Cleaning Angels since Easter of this year. Initially it was for a deep cleaning and I have had them back for bi-weekly cleanings since then. The initial deep clean was fabulous, the 2 women did a great job. The bi-weekly cleanings have also been great. Though it is not always the same person who comes, I have found all the women to be pleasant and professional. The window washing was also well done. The gentleman who came was very conscientious, and did a great job. The owner, Jennifer, returned my initial inquiry within a day and was out for a quote that week. Ongoing communication (as needed) has been easy, she is very accessible via e-mail.

Jennifer is very professional and courteous and prompt in her communications. We hired Jennifer to clean our parents' home on a biweekly basis. From the initial deep clean to the several biweekly visits, my parents are very happy with the results. Jennifer's employee is efficient, effective and a hard worker. We would recommend Jennifer and her company to others.

We are so glad we decided to hire Cleaning Angels! They are very thorough in their work, and I love coming home to a clean house on the days of their visits. I especially appreciate the little extra touches they do, such as making the little flowers on the end of our toilet paper roll or with tissues. They definitely know what they are doing; they were able to remove some mineral deposits that I had never been able to remove, and I have never been able to get my stovetop as clean as they do. They clearly take pride in their work, and we really appreciate having this business relationship. Thank you!

I found Jennifer right here on Angie's List and am so glad that I did. I was recovering from an injury and not able to get around very well and really needed help. From the first conversation we had, I felt comfortable with Jennifer and knew I had found my cleaning angel. The first visit was for a deep clean and it took about 6 hours. Jennifer supervised 2 other ladies and they did a great job. When they were done I can honestly say my home has never been that clean. Since then, I have had the same young lady clean on an every other week schedule. She does a great job! I had another cleaning service in the past, but found myself having to remind them of things. Not so with Jennifer's crew. They are on time (and if there is a delay Jennifer always contacts me) and cheerful and very thorough.
