+ 0 moreI contracted Stephen Clark owner of Southeastern building Corp to build me a 400 square foot shed. After 6 months of giving him 50% deposit which he require he only built the cement slab foundation. He ran off with the rest of my 12k and to this day does not return my calls. Barely any materials were provided. He also destroyed my nice backyard that my dogs used to live to play in. My backyard is now full of crater size holes that are muddy and full of dead grass. Stay far away from this crook
