The main shuttoff would not close and the city was called to shut off water main in street. Chad from Chet’s Plumbling was very experienced and handled this issue with ease and professionalism. I was there throughout all the decisions and agree 100% that he made the right judgement for the circumstance. I definitely called the right person.

They were gr great to work with. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and came in on the low end of the estimate. A very pleasant experience.

Returned call and came same day as my call. Fixed leak in dishwasher. Second visit told me leak may have a simple solution or if that didn't work may need to replace shower control. 10 minutes later, simple solution worked. No more leak!

They were here for 35 minutes and they charged me $280 for labor alone! I have used them in the past and the price was little high, but this was ridiculous. That is about $560 and hour. The work was good and prompt but the price is high.

I called to get a quote on a combo gas boiler and hot water heater. They called back and we dicussed the product they would use. I said I would call them after researching the product. The product in my opinion would not fill my needs. I called to cancel the appointment so as not to waste their time. I call ed back several times after to ask about a different solution and they have refused to return my calls.

These guys are great all around from start to finish. From the first phone call to describe the problem, to appointment setting, to a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. They fixed the problem effectively and efficiently. Once on sight, told us what would be involved and how long it might take. Left the work site clean when they left. I definitely found our new plumbing and heating company!

I made the call about the repair on a weekday morning. I described the problem, and was told that I would get a call back as soon as possible. It took less than 10 minutes to get the call, and maybe another 10 minutes before the plumber arrived. He was courteous and professional, and once he had seen the pipes that needed fixing, he was all business. The repair was performed quickly and the cost was less than I expected. I would recommend Chet's without hesitation.

They are very punctual and knowledgeable. Everything went really well. I have used them several times in the past, also for plumbing work. I put N/A for price because I don't have an honest comparrison.

He was very dependable, coming when he said he would. He cleaned up well after himself. He was flexible with the fees and let me make payments to him.
