WILLIAMS ROOFING & SIDING

We came to an agreement on day and time for them to do the job. Tuesday and 10 a.m. Tuesday at 10 a.m. came and went. No call, no show. I called every hour for most of the day. No answer. No call. No show. That evening, I finally get answer (not a return call). I'm told there was a family emergency, and they'll show up first thing tomorrow morning. OK. I give him the benefit of the doubt. Wednesday morning rolls around. No call. No show. I try every hour, again, all morning. No call. No show. Finally, by 1 p.m., I had given up on Mike, and had to start looking for someone else. Even by that evening, no call, not even to apologize for blowing me off a second day in a row. Family emergency or not, you can't run a business this way, or treat customers this way. I only called because I saw the A rating. Not sure if that was their service record from long ago, or if my job just wasn't big enough for them to make the effort. I would be leary calling them for a small job. It may not get done.

Williams Roofing did a great job. They cleaned up inside and out. Skylights fit good and have not leaked with the latest heavy rains.

The roof looked great after replacement.
